The Transportation Security Administration (TSA) is offering a buy-one-get-one (BOGO) offer to sign up for PreCheck, helping families save money and ease through airport security. For a limited time, customers get $15 off the second enrollment when two people enroll together. The offer is only good for first-time customers.

How the TSA’s PreCheck BOGO offer works

To get $15 off, customers must enroll via IDEMIA or CLEAR, on the same day, time, and location. The promotion isn’t limited to only two sign-ups — any size family can apply. For example, a family of four could save $30. To receive the discount, customers must enroll in TSA PreCheck by October 31.

PreCheck signup with IDEMIA costs $76.75, but with the discount, it’s $61.75. The same is true for CLEAR signup, with a regular price of $79.95, and a discounted rate of $64.95.

Senior Vice President of Global Corporate Relations at IDEMIA Public Security, Lisa Shoemaker, said: “For over 12 years, we’ve proudly enrolled travelers in TSA PreCheck, the gold standard in airport efficiency. With families benefiting tremendously from TSA PreCheck, and personally witnessing the stress of traveling with family firsthand, we are honored to partner with TSA on this latest initiative. Together with TSA, we’re making travel more accessible and less overwhelming for parents and kids alike.”

Usually, children don’t need to apply for PreCheck unless they often travel alone. For families traveling together, when the parents have a boarding pass with a TSA PreCheck indicator, kids under 17 are eligible for PreCheck without having their own Known Traveler Number (KTN).
