United Airlines just opened its fourth Denver club — what travelers can expect

Last week, United announced the opening of its fourth club at Denver International Airport (DIA), helping meet surging demand at the airline’s fastest-growing hub. The 33,000 square-foot space offers a Colorado-inspired design, more than 600 seats, and luxury amenities. United built the new club in the B concourse, along the west side, close to gate B32. That provides the perfect complement to another club location on the B concourse’s east side.

A new club to meet growing traffic

At Denver International Airport, United flies more than 550 daily departures, making it the airline’s fastest-growing hub. United flies from DIA to over 180 destinations, spanning 11 countries and 45 states. During the past three years, United has continually updated its United Club locations in Denver, including two new clubs in 2023 in the A and B concourses. Today, the airline has almost 100,000 square feet of United Club space in Denver, with room for 1,600 travelers.

The latest club provides a place for work, relaxation, and socializing, with two levels, buffet dining, and two bars. Culinary offerings include seasonal dishes like summer vegetable frittata, artichoke bake, and black bean corn summer salad. Wellness rooms offer a place to unwind, while free Wi-Fi and self-scanning entry gates enhance convenience.

The new club features a design inspired by a Colorado mountain cabin, with natural textures, regional materials, and color choices that evoke the mood of the mountains and city. United also collaborated with NINE dot ART for a collection of local artwork that reflects the Denver community. Among the collection are works by eight Colorado-affiliated artists, consisting of photos, sculptures, and murals.

Aaron McMillan, United’s Managing Director of Hospitality Programs, said: “Passengers will love our newest United Club in Denver, giving them more space, premium amenities and a sense of place during their travel journey. As Denver’s most-flown airline, United’s expansion and renovation of United Club locations are an important part of continuing to improve our customer experience here.”

I'm not saying Gordon Ramsay is the reason I booked a dinner reservation in London.

But after my partner and I binged Being Gordon Ramsay on Netflix earlier this year, visiting Lucky Cat suddenly shot to the top of our list.

London has no shortage of rooftop bars. Florattica still stands out
This East London rooftop bar proves you don't need to be 50 floors up to impress
Bar, Person, Candle

London does not need another rooftop bar. The city has them stacked on top of skyscrapers, tucked behind hotel lobbies, and squeezed onto buildings where you'd swear there isn't room for a bar, let alone a view. So when a new one claims to be worth your evening, it has some convincing to do.

Florattica, perched on the 11th floor of Canopy by Hilton London City, did the convincing. It just recently picked up its first PIN from The Pinnacle Guide, and after a night spent working through its cocktail menu (slowly, responsibly, mostly), it's easy to see why.

Luxury hotels promise a lot. Beautiful rooms, impeccable service, incredible restaurants, over-the-top amenities. Sometimes they live up to the hype. Other times, you leave wondering what exactly earned them five stars in the first place.
