Rebel Bourbon has a long and storied history. This award-winning whiskey brand was first distilled back in 1849 and still uses the original recipe to this day. Well-known for its soft, mellow wheated mash bill, the brand recently announced the return of one of its most beloved expressions. The highly heralded Rebel 10-Year Single Barrel Bourbon.

Matured for a minimum of ten years, Rebel 10-Year Single Barrel Bourbon is bottled one barrel at a time (hence the name). The result is a memorable, noteworthy, 100-proof whiskey that fans eagerly await each year.

It begins with a mash bill of 68% corn, 20% wheat, and 12% malted barley. After aging for a decade, the result is a soft, timeless expression that begins with a nose of dried fruits, toasted vanilla beans, candied orange peels, and charred oak. Sipping it reveals an intense and complex palate loaded with flavors like caramelized sugar, orange peels, oak, butterscotch, and just a wisp of baking spices at the finish.

“This year’s 10-Year Single Barrel is a testament to the legacy of Rebel Bourbon,” Rebel Bourbon Master Distiller John Rempe says.

“From the unique mash bill through the 10-year aging and single-barrel bottling process for robust flavor, Rebel 10-Year is made for sipping, and ready to be enjoyed by anyone ready to let their spirit be heard.”

Jim Beam

Summer might be almost over. But that hasn’t stopped Jim Beam from launching a whiskey that’s perfectly suited for the waning summer days and nights around a campfire. It’s called Jim Beam Sunshine Blend Bourbon, and it’s a unique blended whiskey to add to your home bar cart to enjoy while you await the autumn chill ahead.
Jim Beam Sunshine Blend Bourbon

This isn’t your average summery bourbon. To make Jim Beam Sunshine Blend Bourbon, the distillers first take a base of the timeless Jim Beam White. But this is where things get interesting. Instead of stopping there or adding another classic bourbon, the brand instead opted to include a truly unique whiskey to balance everything out: a mellow, sweet, complex brown rice bourbon. Yes, you read that right. They added a rice bourbon.

Tracking stress one sip at a time: DoorDash launches iced coffee index
What your iced coffee order reveals about your stress level
Cold brew ice coffee

Now that National Coffee Month is here, Door Dash has dropped its latest way to measure consumer stress, tracking through one of the most consistent discretionary purchases: iced coffee. The Iced Coffee Index (ICI) uncovers how coffee drinkers are seeking treats during periods of emotional stress and uncertainty. The ICI is scored out of 100, using a mix of DoorDash order data and consumer sentiment insights from an iced coffee survey. A higher score on the ICI indicates a higher cultural reliance on iced coffee to help manage stress.

Per the collected data, DoorDash saw spikes in iced coffee orders on some of 2025’s most stressful days so far, such as Blue Monday (dubbed the most depressing day of the year), Tax Day, and even during the recent tariff announcement on April 2. The index landed at an 85/100, indicating that today's coffee drinkers aren't just drinking iced coffee, they're using it to cope. What was once a seasonal drink, 87% drink iced coffee even when they don't need caffeine.
