Wellness is not one-size-fits-all, and the resort invites you to design your perfect journey. With a variety of experiences to choose from, guests can craft an itinerary that meets their personal wellness goals and preferences.

In addition to three delicious, health-focused meals prepared daily by the resort’s culinary team, the retreat includes a daily 90-minute spa treatment and a 60-minute private fitness class or yoga session. Guests also have unlimited access to group fitness classes and can enjoy beachside yoga, guided oceanfront walks, and personalized training sessions.

For those interested in cultural enrichment, the retreat offers traditional Hawaiian experiences, such as the ho’okupu ceremony, where guests set their intention for their wellness journey, and the mamaki tea ceremony, which celebrates the health benefits of Hawaii’s native mamaki plant.

Guests can also deepen their wellness practice through educational workshops, such as Somato-Respiratory Integration, a technique combining body movement, breath, and energy to foster healing and self-awareness.

The “Lifestyle Reset” retreat is priced at $5,575 per person and can be booked directly with the resort by calling (808) 742-1234 or (800) 742-2353.
