  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar
  • 8 slices bread such as challah or French bread
  • 1/4 cup butter, divided


  1. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, pumpkin puree, vanilla, spices, and brown sugar.
