Think delicious charcuterie like jamon Iberico and chorizo Pamplona, along with snacks like hamachi crudo with piquillo pepper and saffron, and a fava bean salad with feta, Meyer lemon, gordal olives and smoked egg yolk. The succulent main courses leave little room for dessert — we indulged in rich, traditional dishes like braised oxtail with chickpeas, tomato and fennel sofrito, and wagyu sirloin steak with royal trumpet mushrooms and veal jus. An extensive wine list and expertly-crafted signature cocktails will whet your appetite for the feast to come.
