Effortless Style: Buck Mason Makes Shopping A Breeze

effortless style buck mason makes shopping breeze
Trying to figure out what to wear this fall? Look no further than Buck Mason. The Los Angeles-based online retailer was founded in 2013 by Sasha Koehn and Erik Schnakenberg because they wanted to help guys get dressed without the stress. And when it comes to online shopping, there’s no experience less stressful. The clothing is 100 percent American-made and affordable, which isn’t always the case for clothing made in the USA.

The brand started out with a tee shirt and has evolved into a full collection of perfect staples that work for any season.”We started with the perfect tee but our plan was always to focus on quintessential basics that will stand a test of time,” said Koehn. “We’ve evolved into a full collection from a tee.”

They dedicate themselves to produce clean, straight-forward basics for every man. This fall we’re checking out their denim, classic woven shirts, chinos that work for the office or the weekend and an expanded knit collection for colder days. “We’re expanding our knit and denim collection quite aggressively,” Koehn added. “We’ll be introducing a black canvas 5-pocket pant this fall along with a selection of jean washes. We sold out of our first run of jeans in a few weeks so were excited to offer more styles.”

The shopping experience at Buck Mason is divided in two – you can shop singles or packages. If you go with the package option, you will receive a full set. Take the Bruce Package for example. You get the classics: one white tee shirt (the same tee that put the Buck Mason on the map), a perfect white oxford shirt and a pair of selvage denim. The jeans are created at Cone Mills White Oak factory in Greensboro, NC, the same factory that has been manufacturing denim for 109 years, so you know they are built to last. If you find yourself not loving an item, you can send it back and pay for the items you keep. Win-win.

Buck Mason also has a great selection of shoes and accessories available, like these tough-wearing boots from Red Wing or this classic 30 Year Belt which goes well with any denim, or dress pant.

Buck Mason will be releasing 27 new offerings this fall, so make sure to check their website regularly for new selections.

Remember those Gap 1969 sweatshirts your mom used to buy you back in middle school? Since then, the iconic American brand has maintained a steady presence in shopping malls, remaining a consistent resource for jeans, khakis and business casual fits. Gap was always a safe, middle-of-the-market clothing choice for non-fashion risk takers. Gap has never been known for cool streetwear attire -- until now.

The retailer is teaming up with Kanye West for a new clothing line called YEEZY Gap, which is expected to launch in 2021. The news went viral when West unveiled a giant hand-written note on Chicago’s Michigan Avenue store. In it, he said, “Hi Chicago, it’s Ye. This is the Gap store I used to shop at when I would drive my Nissan from the Southside, so blessed.” The unveiling dropped major hints, brewing the mystery of what was to come.
