How to Perform Better in Bed with SHEEX

With the holidays hovering ever closer, we are putting SHEEX high on the list of gifts to give for everyone: parents, in-laws, siblings and partners. Even if those peeps aren’t necessarily athletic, these sheets will become their new favorites; taking them from cozy winter nights to hot and humid summer slumbering.

Imagine sheets that are made from the same quick-drying, temperature regulating and silky soft fabric as your technical athletic wear. Yes, that comfortable and breathable.

And don’t think we haven’t thought about their brilliance while bonking. You can go on an all night lust filled bender and not end up in a sweaty cuddle puddle by sunrise. Now do we have your attention?

SHEEX is the world’s first performance bedding line. Unlike traditional sheets, SHEEX fabric releases trapped body heat, keeping you cooler than traditional sheets. This leads to a more regulated body temperature while you sleep, providing cooler, better, more rejuvenating sleep. Not to mention the sheets are moisture wicking and ridiculously silky smooth. We have been using them for several weeks and we have noticed our sleep quality improve dramatically (editors note: being half Greek, I am a sweat machine, so these are my new savior).

How often do you wake up with a wet pillow in the middle of the night? Gross. Not with SHEEX. They hold a unique position fusing technology, sleep, wellness and style for the performance lifestyle. Founded by former coaches and athletes, they are the first patented performance fabric bedding powered by SLEEP-FIT Technology™.

Want double the luxury and breathability? Keep your gym shorts for the gym and check out SHEEX Performance Sleepwear. They have designed a whole range of cool, dry and comfortable pieces from PJ pants and shorts to short sleeve tees and even a hoodie that we couldn’t take off all weekend lounging around the house.

The NBA playoffs: How to stream every moment
It's pretty difficult unless you have a live TV streaming subscription or cable

How Breaking Bad transformed the TV landscape for good
Almost two decades after its premiere, Vince Gilligan's crime drama towers over all others
Bryan Cranston as Walter White in Breaking Bad season 5

I watched Breaking Bad for the first time in January 2021. It might sound weird to remember the exact month you started watching a show, but I think it means that Vince Gilligan's master creation is just that memorable. This was about eight years after the show completed its original run on AMC. After hearing its greatness regurgitated by every media outlet and superfan ad nauseam for a decade, it's safe to say there was a mountain of expectations and a certain amount of respect I gave the series right from the jump.

Everything I had been told about Breaking Bad still didn't paint the complete picture of the viewing experience I fell in love with. Watching Walter White transform from your regular, superordinary chemistry teacher into the vile and egotistical mess he finishes as in season 5 is TV's ultimate roller coaster. Just as Walter tells his wife in the series finale when asked why he indulged in his Heisenberg alter ego, the series' 62 episodes made me feel alive.

Ranking the Yellowjackets characters by how extreme they are
Showtime's series is full of crazy characters. Here's how they stack up
Lottie talks to the group in 1996

Yellowjackets is a rare show in today's TV landscape. Many series have tried to revert to a more positive outlook on life, especially as so much darkness pervades our society. This survival series harkens back to the age of the antihero, though. The girls who live in the forest after their plane crashes on the way to a national soccer tournament have a deep torment tucked away inside their souls. Trauma and insane circumstances often provide the push these ladies need to go off the deep end, both in the timeline showing their teen years and the one in the present day as middle-aged women.

The third season of Yellowjackets has peeled back even more layers on the characters. As the season rounds the corner and gets closer to the finish line, it feels fitting to rank the characters by how extreme they are. From murder to blackmail and even self-sabotage, these are the actions of truly unwell people.
