Club Monaco – In the Bag

Whether you’re heading to work, a quick weekend getaway, or just city-trekking, Club Monaco has designed the ultimate bag for you.  The Walter Backpack is a handsome amalgam of durability and style. Made from a combination of cotton canvas and leather with adjustable straps and metal closures, this bag is a hybrid of a duffle bag and backpack.  An exterior zippered welt pocket and reinforced leather bottom, add to its function and form.

According to Aaron Levine, VP of Men’s Design at Club Monaco, “We want them to function and look good while doing it. With The Walter Backpack, we wanted something that is big enough for weekend use, but with multiple carrying options; either as a duffle or slung over your shoulder like a backpack. The goal is to make things for men that have functionality, versatility and are aesthetically pleasing.”

With stores in 26 cities across the U.S., and various countries across the globe, consumers can also shop via their website.  Known for their photographic narrative, there is not a better brand blog than Culture Club.

They appeal to the creative consumer—a group of cultural influencers who mix fashion must-haves with timeless classics. The brand represents a distinctly urban-casual point of view, best defined as a sophisticated play of opposites: mixing vintage with new, hard with soft and eclectic with minimal.

The Ball and Buck premium sporting apparel brand collaborated with century-old Schott outerwear manufacturer to create a 150-piece limited edition leather jacket. The Ball and Buck x Schott NYC Leather Jacket reimagines the original Perfecto motorcycle jacket, which the Schott brothers designed in 1928 and the company has produced since 1928.

The special edition is still suitable for motorcycling, but Ball and Buck reinterpreted the iconic design for a broader audience "through a sporting lens," according to the company. The companies collaborated previously on special versions of the Schott Perfecto jacket.

Breitling takes a trip down memory lane
Breitling Time B01 Fausto Coppi and Gino Bartali editions

Breitling pays tribute to talented athletes who made history in the cycling scene with two new pieces, offered in different colors. Fausto Coppi and Gino Bartali won many titles back in the 1940s, but they still motivated each other through rivalry and fierce competition—two sides of the same coin.

Both options of the new watches feature colors worn by the cyclists as they competed for the same titles. While Gino Bartali’s model features a blue and yellow theme inspired by the cyclist’s team, Fausto Coppi’s option bears a close resemblance to Bianchi’s primary colors.
