If you don’t know about Cards Against Humanity, you better get with it. We promise that this game will be the life of your next party. It’s hilarious, and you’re going to laugh so hard you won’t know what hit you. It’s basically like Madlibs on crack. Pick a Card Czar, and he/she then picks a black card with a fill in the blank phrase. Then everyone who is playing submits an answer, and the Card Czar reads the answer out loud, one by one. The best one gets an Awesome Point.

Best of all these guys got approached by Netflix to create a special Cards Against Humanity House of Cards edition just in time for the premier of Season 2. Yep that’s right, all the insider knowledge that only a House of Cards fanatic would know served as inspiration for Cards Against Humanity’s latest set. To create the set, not only did the folks at Cards Against Humanity chat with the Netflix Series’s head writer, they also watched the entire first season.

What did they come up with? Here’s a sample:

White Cards

25 shitty jokes about House of Cards.

An origami swan that’s some kind of symbol?

A homoerotic subplot.

Forcing a handjob on a dying man.

Ribs so good they transcend race and class.

The sensitive European photographer who’s fucking my wife.

Carbon monoxide poisoning.

Discharging a firearm in a residential area.

Getting eaten out while on the phone with Dad.

Making it look like a suicide.

A much younger woman.

An older man.

Strangling a dog to make a point to the audience.

A childless marriage.

My constituents.

Punching a congressman in the face.

Black Cards

I can’t believe Netflix is using __________ to promote House of Cards.

I’m not going to lie. I despise __________. There, I said it.

A wise man said, “Everything is about sex. Except sex. Sex is about __________.”

Corruption. Betrayal. __________. Coming soon to Netflix,

“House of __________.” PICK 2

Our relationship is strictly professional. Let’s not complicate things with

__________.

Because you enjoyed __________, we thought you’d like __________. PICK 2

We’re not like other news organizations. Here at Slugline, we welcome

__________ in the office.

If you need him to, Remy Danton can pull some strings and get you __________,

but it’ll cost you.

Watch these dark comedy shows for a twisted laugh
Give these shows a try if you want to laugh at misery and morbidity
best succession episodes season3x8

TV is often used as an escape from the morbid reality of the real world we have to wake up to each day. Mass shootings, political upheaval, and financial inequality are just some of the issues on the collective mind of the populace, and entertainment can both reflect and deflect these topics in brilliant ways for us. Happy-go-lucky shows like Friends or Ted Lasso are simple and funny; these programs are pure distraction from the world. Sometimes we want something with a little more realism and intrigue, though, a show with commentary on life's troubles, but without the burden of getting bogged down in a depressive state.

Enter dark comedy shows. This genre is an amalgam of serious-natured storytelling with a humorous twist. It's easier to cry than it is to laugh at the dystopia of everyday life, but these genius stories are here to turn a frown upside down. We'll supply the best dark comedy TV shows for you to laugh at, albeit with some guilt.

Apple Card just gave you one great reason to sign up (and it has nothing to do with credit)
Apple Card has some great benefits
apple card

If you're thinking about opening a new credit card, Apple may have one to consider. Apple Card, a credit card created by Apple Inc. and issued by Goldman Sachs, (and designed primarily to be used with Apple Pay), seems to have significantly lower rates than other cards. Not only have they done away with hidden (and sometimes not so hidden) fees, the card is designed to help users pay less interest. But the best part? Apple and Goldman Sachs now offer a high-yield savings account that can help you earn more on those daily rewards.
Daily Cash back
According to Apple's site, users will get Daily Cash back from a percentage of purchases—"Not a month from now. Every day. There's no limit to how much you can get." Sounds promising. They break it down further by percentages, so you get 3% on any Apple purchases and ones from select retailers like Uber Eats, Panera, Walgreens, and Mobil. Users get 2% every time they use Apple Card with Apple Pay. For purchases where Apple Pay isn't accepted, users get 1% back. It's the gift that keeps on giving.

Grow your savings
The Apple Card also gives you the option to put this cashback directly into a Savings account from Goldman Sachs, and you can see this grow over time right from your iPhone or other Apple device. Simply set up a Savings account, and all future daily cash will be deposited there automatically. The high-yield savings account offers an annual percentage yield (APY) that's over 4%. While that APY may be promotional — Apple itself notes that APY may change at any time, as is typical for any savings account — high-yield savings accounts usually offer an APY in the 3-5% range.

This is the only time you should pay an annual fee for a credit card
You love what a credit card offers. Should you sign up if it has an annual fee?

You — hopefully — know you have to pay your credit card once per month. Email and SMS alerts can remind you to fork over at least the minimum.

However, some cards charge an annual fee. If you look closely at your statement, you’ll see it shows up as a line item once per year. It typically happens in the same month.
