For many of us, running is a way to find our zen. It can be meditative, a way to clear the mind, and hey, it also doubles as a way to keep our bodies in shape. Marathons seem to be all the rage. And when you run, you want to get faster. That’s why Nike developed the Find Your Fast Challenge.

All you need to do is join the  Nike+ Training Club, where the challenge starts on July 7th with the first Master Trainer workout led by Marie Purvis. A new workout by a different Nike Master Trainer will be unveiled every two weeks, focusing on way to make you feel faster, like high-intensity training, yoga, strength training and barre.

The challenge wraps on on August 30th, when you will be challenged to run your fastest mile with the Nike+Run Club. You can stay up to date with the Find Your Fast NTC Challenge by following the Nike Sport Feed in the NTC App.

Need even more motivation? Nike teamed up with Neal Brennan, the co-creator of the Chapelle Show to create the Find Your Fast campaign, which stars some of the world’s fastest humans, like Michael Johnson; the world’s fastest woman, Shelly-Ann Fraser-Pryce; the world’s fastest commercial starring Kobe Bryant and world famous magician David Blaine; the infamously fast Road Runner cartoon and a nod to one of Nike’s speediest running shoes, the Nike Air Zoom Elite 8.

“Fast can be about beating the defender to a spot, or not letting the offensive player get to his spot,” explains Bryant about the importance of fast on the basketball court.

So grab a pair of the Nike Zoom Air Elite sneakers, watch the video, download the app and use Nike to help you Find Your Fast.
