Temperance Espresso Martini

Offering all of the character of a good espresso Martini recipe without the alcohol, this one is among the best we’ve whipped up.
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 ounces BARE Zero Proof Rum
- 1 ounce demerara syrup (3:1 brown sugar to boiling water)
- 1 shot espresso
- 1/2 ounce Pathfinder Hemp and Root NA Amaro
Method:
- Add all ingredients to shaker tin and shake with ice.
- Strain into a Nick & Nora glass.
