Showers can be hit or miss; the right shower can be an amazing and invigorating experience, and the wrong shower can be a frustrating nuisance. Too little pressure makes it feel like nothing is getting cleaned, while too much pressure can feel like you have piles of needles on your back. The folks behind Nebia are looking to change the way you shower.

According to Nebia’s website, “Nebia is unlike any shower you’ve ever experienced. Our H2MICRO™ technology atomizes water into millions of droplets to create 10 times more surface area than a regular shower. More water comes in contact with your body leaving your skin feeling clean and hydrated.”

Nebia combines the best of both worlds, fusing together the experiences of taking a shower and sitting in a steam room. You’ll feel fresh, clean, and ready to start the day. In addition, Nebia provides 70 percent in water savings. “Nebia leverages advances in design and thermofluids to create a better shower experience that actually saves you thousands of gallons of water a year,” reads the Nebia website. “With those savings, Nebia pays for itself in about a year.” What does that mean? That means approximately $226.62 saved each year, along with 183,960 glasses of water. Drought-plagued areas like California can benefit from the use of the Nebia.

On top of all that, it’s one of the most well-designed showerheads that we’ve seen in ages. What’s not to love about the Nebia? Showering as you know it will never be the same again.

I spoke to a cigar concierge team, and if you love cigars you should too
Man in pink suit smoking and enjoying what a cigar tastes like.

While smoking isn't always a shared experience — I tend to prefer smoking alone with my thoughts most times — it can be a delightful social activity, especially if you're in good company. It's low-key, so you can smoke, relax, and talk about whatever you want to talk about. That also makes it a fantastic opportunity to conduct an interview. I wanted to take full advantage of that while spending time with someone who knows cigars, a real professional, I might add.

By now, I'm sure you know I love cigars. I have a lot to say about them and a lot to share, like how to rehydrate a dry cigar, explain what a cigar tastes like, or what makes a Maduro cigar different. But one thing I do like to impart to others is the potential to have your very own "cigar guy," or someone you can call for recommendations and advice.

No Death, No Fear by Thich Nhat Hanh

You don't have to be a Buddhist to get a good deal of inspiration from renowned writer and Buddhist scholar Thich Nhat Hanh's seminal work, No Death, No Fear. Rather, you just need to be a human being who has ever experienced moments of doubt, depression, isolation, anxiety, and so forth. In an approach to philosophy merging Stoicism, Transcendentalism, Buddhism (of course), and Existentialism all at once, the author shows how we can so deeply reframe our thinking about life such as it is that the very times we are living through can come to be seen as a blessing (used in a secular sense) rather than burden.

How to rehydrate a dry cigar (and everything you need to know)
how to smoke a cigar

So, you bought a single or small pack of cigars and mistakenly let them dry out? Bummer. That's no fun.

Cigars will dry out if not cared for or stored correctly. Unfortunately, when that happens, they lose a lot of their natural oils and flavor. You should never smoke a dried-out cigar for several reasons, the most pertinent being that it won't be a very pleasurable experience.
