Sazerac Rye Whiskey Full Proof
The newest permanent expression in Buffalo Trace’s wide range of whiskeys, Sazerac Rye Whiskey Full Proof, is a 125-proof addition to a series of rye whiskeys that already come in 90-proof and 100-proof offerings.
According to Buffalo Trace, this complex, mixable, sippable whiskey begins with a nose of rye spice, dill, and charred oak. The palate is a symphony of flavors, including a caramel-sweet beginning and floral, herbal, oak, and rye-spice notes throughout. The finish is long, lingering, and warm, ending with a mix of rye spice and cracked black pepper.
