On the long list of things men love, near the top are cars and spirits. More specifically, Aston Martin and their legacy of the cross between performance and luxury, and Glenfiddich Scotch, the drink of the rugged gentleman. So when the two come together in a collaboration to create Glenfiddich 28, the list of things men love gets a little longer, with this creation nearing the top.
This special edition celebrates the values that unite Aston Martin and Glenfiddich: craftsmanship, creativity and continual refinement. The result is a beautifully crafted collector’s piece that reflects the heritage, ambition and enduring character of both brands. – Stefano Saporetti, Director of Brand Diversification for Aston Martin
The connection of heritage and craftsmanship

The 28-year-old is aged in a combination of American virgin oak, where it develops spice and vanilla flavor before being layered with a European oak Oloroso sherry-seasoned hogshead spirit that creates depth and character. Combining these two gives the feeling of not sipping on scotch, but sipping on heritage. The packaging is quintessential Aston Martin with sleek lines and a focus on movement and luxury.
“For Glenfiddich 28 Year Old, I wanted to bring Glenfiddich and Aston Martin’s philosophy of perpetual motion to life,” shared Brian Kinsman, Glenfiddich Malt Master. “Working with highly active casks gave me the opportunity to explore how different layers of oak influence could come together, while preserving the vibrant fruit notes synonymous with Glenfiddich. Drawing on my understanding of Aston Martin’s character and design ethos, the result is a single malt that reflects our shared pursuit of refinement, while remaining unmistakably rooted in Glenfiddich’s 139-year legacy of whisky making and the expertise passed down through generations of Malt Masters.”
This new creation from Glenfiddich Malt Master Brian Kinsman drops in January 2027.
