An XL sleek glass air fryer is here

Bulky air fryers can throw off your kitchen’s aesthetic—but Ninja’s new air fryer design is the stylish solution you’ve been waiting for. Today, Ninja has released the CRISPi PRO Glass Air Fryer, the latest evolution of their revolutionary glass air fryer system. Building on the same design principles of the 2024 launch of the CRISPi, this glass air frying system is now even bigger, with a 6-quart XL container that allows you to cook more at once. The best part? The see-through glass design allows you to watch your food crisp in real time (for the ultimate cooking satisfaction).

With the Ninja CRISPi Pro Air Fryer, you can cook an entire 6-8 lb whole chicken with vegetables for up to 10 people — then prep, cook, serve, and store everything in the same container. This is a game-changer for home cooks with busy schedules (or those who simply hate doing too many dishes). The appliance comes with a dishwasher-safe container in a new XL capacity, but also works with 2.5-quart and 4-quart containers for smaller cooking needs.

Non-toxic cooking

With a rising interest in clean, non-toxic cookware, this new glass air fryer revolutionizes non-toxic cooking with a glassware design and BPA-free, leak-resistant construction. Stackable glass containers can easily transition from countertop to use in the air fryer, equipped with heat-safe feet. In addition, the new 6-in-1 functionality allows home cooks to air fry, roast, bake, dehydrate, max crisp, and re-crisp all at the touch of a button.

Alberta Wants to Become the Next Great Whisky Destination
The province has created a legally protected whisky designation and launched an ambitious trail to showcase its distilleries, terroir, and craft spirits.
Adult, Male, Man

Our friendly neighbors to the north have created a new category of legally protected whisky. Under the Alberta Whisky Act, whisky labeled "Alberta Whisky" must be mashed, fermented, distilled, aged, proofed, and bottled in the western Canadian province. Moreover, it must be made with Alberta water and a mash bill composed predominantly of Alberta-grown grain. The new designation aims to highlight the distinctiveness of Alberta's terroir and whisky-making traditions. The legislation also lays the foundation for the emerging Alberta Whisky Trail, spearheaded by Burwood Distillery.

While not as celebrated as Scotland or Kentucky, Alberta boasts a long and venerable whisky-making tradition. The high prairie, with its cold climate, pristine water, and fertile soil, is ideal for growing rye. Alberta Distillers, founded in 1946 and the oldest distillery in Western Canada, has long been a powerhouse contract producer—more or less Canada's answer to MGP. Now owned by Suntory Global Spirits, it has quietly supplied rye whisky to a host of Canadian and American brands. If you've sipped WhistlePig, Jefferson's, or Very Olde St. Nick, chances are you've tasted rye from Alberta.
