Texas is ringing in the New Year with a celebration that pushes luxury to a whole new level. Michelin Two-Key Hotel Emma has unveiled an ultra exclusive New Year’s Eve package that takes place inside the Emma Kohler presidential suite, the property’s most lavish accommodation. The evening begins at 7 p.m. and is limited to a small number of guests who will each pay $2,500 for a once in a lifetime dining experience.
A five course feast with rare vintages and a $10,000 whiskey

Guests will be treated to a five course menu created by James Beard Award winning Executive Chef Geronimo Lopez and the Supper culinary team. Each dish is paired with collector grade wines and spirits that are typically never opened publicly. The star of the night is Eagle Rare 25, a bottle that retails for $10,000 and is considered one of the most sought after American whiskey releases of the decade. It anchors the dinner alongside Macallan 25 Year Old Sherry Oak and 2000 Chateau Musar.
The menu features caviar on potato blinis paired with 2000 Palmer and Co Champagne, scallop and crab with black miso butter, Paul Bocuse’s legendary truffle and foie gras soup and a classic Beef Wellington with Lebanese red wine. Dessert closes the evening with an espresso orange Paris Brest with citrus notes.
To wrap up the night, guests receive access to Hotel Emma’s annual New Year’s Eve celebration at Sternewirth. The party includes live music from Diego Martinez and Band, a toast to the hotel’s ten year anniversary and the lively atmosphere of the venue’s towering vaulted clubroom. It is set to be one of the most unforgettable nights in Texas this New Year’s Eve.
