Luxury travel is getting a purpose-driven makeover. Discover Collection, a new private membership community founded by legendary hotelier Bernhard (BB) Bohnenberger, is redefining what it means to travel well, with experiences that are as impactful as they are indulgent. Designed for the next generation of curious, responsible travelers, Discover Collection invites Members to explore the world while giving back to the places they visit.
“High-end hospitality can be a driver of environmental integrity, conservation, and cultural preservation,” says Bohnenberger. “Tourism must transcend traditional sustainability and move toward regenerative models that create lasting benefits for both people and the planet.”
At its heart, Discover Collection combines extraordinary destinations, from tented camps and wilderness lodges to historic châteaux, with tailor-made adventures led by local experts. Each journey is designed to foster authentic connection and contribute to the Discover Collection Foundation, which supports projects that preserve ecosystems, habitats, and cultural heritage. The result is a model of travel that celebrates the spirit of place while creating meaningful, lasting impact.
Discover Collection’s global launch and future expansion

The first of a dozen planned properties, Discover Collection Ras Amud, will debut in September 2026 on Oman’s Musandam Peninsula, offering 32 villas overlooking the Hajar Mountains and the Sea of Oman. Just a few months later, in December 2026, Discover Collection Lemomo will open near Amboseli National Park in Kenya, where guests can experience Maasai culture, spot wildlife, and admire the views of Mount Kilimanjaro.
Looking ahead, Discover Collection has ambitious plans for growth, with destinations planned across Ireland, Albania, Botswana, Mexico, and Bhutan. By late 2027, the brand will unveil Château de Pommard in Burgundy, Catoche on Holbox Island in Mexico, and Il Ngwesi in Kenya, with more properties in the pipeline across Greece, Zambia, and beyond.
Across every location, Members can expect exquisite dining, holistic wellness experiences, and deeply rooted connections to local landscapes and traditions.
