Facial Fuel Saves The Day

If you’re looking for solid facial products and you’re not sure where to start, then look no further. Kiehl’s Facial Fuel line is a useful product for men that can be an excellent addition to your skincare routine.  Kiehl’s, circa 1851, is known for their high quality and successful ingredients. They have been a reliable American staple for more than a century. Cultural icons like Andy Warhol and others have stood behind the company’s products.

The Manual did a little testing on the Kiehl’s Facial Fuel Line on behalf of men everywhere. To start, men who have normal to oily skin should try out this men’s line. Many of the products cleanse and hydrate without drying out the skin. Their products contain menthol, caffeine and citrus ingredients making this a rejuvenating option for those of guys out there with post shave irritation.

It’s not always best to use one product line for your skin. Sometimes its better to find the products that work best for you and combine them. For example, you may have a Kiehl’s cleanser and a Neutrogena daily moisturizer.  Other skincare companies may have products that provide better results for your skin type. This can also be a seasonally dependent on your climate and surroundings. Kiehl’s is sold at any Kiehl’s retail location or at Nordstrom’s or Saks Fifth Avenue.

Here’s our list of the top three items on the Kiehl’s Facial Fuel Line:

It’s called polyglutamic acid — PGA for short, and it’s getting a lot of play for one major reason. It’s five times more hydrating than hydraluronic acid (HA), so it’s definitely got a lot to offer, and PGA is starting to turn up in an increasing number of products.
It is, new, though, so there’s a lot to unpack. Specifically, what benefits can you get from PGA? Where is it from, and how is it sourced? Is it easy to add to your skincare routine, or are there some hoops you need to jump through to do that?

Just what is polyglutamic acid?
