Mount Gay Silver
Crafted by Master Blender Trudiann Branker, this white rum is a blend of unaged column still rum and pot still-distilled rum that was matured for two years in ex-American whiskey barrels. It’s double-filtered through charcoal to remove the caramel color and any impurities.
According to Mount Gay, the result is a sippable, mixable rum loaded with flavors like citrus peels, caramelized pineapple, toffee, grapefruit, butterscotch, and cane sugar. It’s the perfect rum for elevating a classic Daiquiri, Mojito, and other rum-based drinks.
