My favorite toys in Walmart’s Collector Con event

Collector Con is going on right now, and Walmart has a special collection of toys and collectibles just for you. There’s everything from Pokémon cards to collectible super hero pinups. Franchises go from Harry Potter to Shrek. Everything is included and no character is left behind. The result is 10 pages of toys to sort through, however, so somebody had to make some picks of things worth a second look. And this time around, that person is me. Knowing that I can’t make everyone happy without a super long list, here are my favorite toys in Walmart’s Collector Con event. Alternatively, tap the button below to browse all toys.

Polly Pocket Stranger Things Playset

Stranger Things is in a retro styled playset from Polly Pocket.
Polly Pocket

As hard as it is to believe, there was a time long ago where if you wanted to interact with your favorite franchises, you couldn’t ask an AI to make a scene or wait for the video game to come out… you had to actually have physical objects. The Stranger Things series, firmly set within that time period, is bringing it back with this retro-styled play and scene kit which can be yours for $51.

The Samsung Galaxy Watch 4 is so cheap, I might ditch my ‘dumb watch’
A man wearing the Samsung Galaxy Watch 4.

Last year we were advising you to get a dumb watch, now we're showing you a Samsung smart watch? It's not that simple, and both have their place. Plus, this deal on the Samsung Galaxy Watch 4 is pretty juicy, so we think you should have a look anyhow. Usually $430, the watch is now just $150. That's a savings of $280, which accounts for 65% of the watch's regular price. There's not much time to get the watch, however, as this deal was already set to end in 13 hours while this article was being written. And that's not even taking into account that the deal ends when it sells out. All of this is to say, if you're interested in this deal, go ahead and tap the button below to see if its still being offered, as it very well might not be. If you see that it is, keep reading to learn more about the crew's personal experiences with the watch.

Why you should buy the Samsung Galaxy Watch 4
As stated before, even though we do love a good fitness tracker, showing off a smart watch isn't our usual modus operandi around these parts. But, some deals are just too good to pass up. That's why we're taking a look at the expertise of our sister site, Digital Trends, and encouraging you to read our Samsung Galaxy Watch 4 review. Our reviewer found the watch to be quite comfortable. For the larger screen, he wore the 44mm watch despite having a smaller wrist and had no problems wearing it comfortably. The watch is IP68 dust and waterproof as well, offering some of the best dust and water protection that electronic devices can have.
