Leica makes its first instant camera: The Leica Sofort

The folks at Leica have done it again, releasing the brand’s very first instant camera. Even though digital photography holds reign nowadays, we can’t help but long for the retro cool of Polaroid film, with its instant developing and that classic white frame. Sorry Instagram, your filters will never be as cool as a Polaroid camera. Polaroid may no longer be making its iconic film, but luckily Leica just released something similar.

So whether you’re at the beach surfing on those waves, on vacation in the tropics, having a weekend getaway, attending a wedding, or simply having a good time with your friends, the Leica Sofort will take care of all your photo needs in an instant. Plus, it comes in orange, mint or white, so you can pick the color that best identifies with you. It even has selfie mode, flash bulb, and automatic and macro photography settings.

Now, Deadline is reporting that Greyhound is getting a sequel, with Hanks set to return. In the original movie, Hanks plays Navy veteran and first-time captain Ernie Krause who is assigned to lead an Allied convoy across the Atlantic during World War II. As he is tailed by German U-boats, he becomes embroiled in the most significant sea battle of the war, the Battle of the Atlantic.
