Wine Country is getting a fresh new place to stay. Opening in February 2026, Duchamp Healdsburg will bring a residential-style approach to luxury hospitality right in the heart of Healdsburg. The 20-suite boutique hotel is designed to feel more like living in town than visiting it, with guests just steps from the restaurants and tasting rooms that have made Healdsburg one of California’s most exciting food and wine destinations.
Tucked discreetly behind the Foley Family Pavilion, the property feels surprisingly secluded for a downtown address. Four low-profile buildings wrap around a central courtyard and pool, creating a shared living environment that balances privacy with an easygoing sense of community. The project is locally owned by longtime Healdsburg residents Mark and Marie Luzaich and was reimagined by Shalls Design Studio and Forma Design Partners to blend clean lines, natural materials, and seamless indoor outdoor flow.
Designed to feel like home in Wine Country

From the moment guests arrive through a vine-covered trellis, the experience leans residential rather than hotel-like. The lobby opens directly to a 50 foot pool courtyard framed by native plantings, with cozy gathering spaces, a firepit, and a boutique spa tucked among the trees. There is also space for weddings and events, with capacity for up to 200 standing guests.
The guestrooms are built for lingering. Patio and balcony king rooms and two second-story suites feature living and dining areas, king beds, dual vanities, Smeg refrigerators, Salt and Stone bath amenities, Nespresso machines, Blue Bottle Coffee, and expansive private outdoor seating. Thoughtful extras like a welcome drink, morning bites from Samartine Bakery, and express check-in add to the relaxed feel.
Beyond the property, guests are a short walk from restaurants like SingleThread, Dry Creek Kitchen, The Matheson, and Little Saint, along with dozens of tasting rooms. With rates starting around $750 per night, Duchamp Healdsburg aims to offer understated luxury rooted in connection and comfort.
