This new Times Square restaurant takes its menu around the five boroughs

A new Times Square eatery celebrates NYC flavors from every borough

Times Square is getting a new all-day dining option that feels distinctly New York. Opening January 7, 2026, CUE 48 will debut inside Hyatt Regency Times Square, Manhattan’s first Hyatt Regency branded hotel. Designed as a social eatery that moves seamlessly from breakfast to late-night bites, the restaurant pulls its inspiration straight from the city’s neighborhoods.

Just steps from Broadway, CUE 48 pairs elevated American fare with a warm, theatrical atmosphere that shifts with the time of day. Bright mornings cater to coffee drinkers and early risers, while evenings lean into moodier lighting, cocktails, and pre and post theater energy. The space itself nods to Broadway glamour, combining golden-age touches with a modern edge through plush banquettes, tall windows, and dramatic accents.

A menu inspired by New York neighborhoods

Leading the kitchen is Sani Hebaj, a Brooklyn native whose cooking is shaped by the city’s diverse food culture. His goal was simple. Create a menu that tastes like New York. Starters include Bronx Plantain Chips and Guac, Brooklyn Burrata, and Washington Heights Beef Empanadas. Mains continue the borough tour with Queens Chicken Sliders and the Times Square CUE 48 Burger topped with caramelized onions, aged cheddar, and green tomato.

The day starts with elevated deli-style breakfast items, artisanal coffee, and pastries. Lunch focuses on refined classics built for speed, whether dining in or taking food to go. As evening rolls in, the menu expands to shareables, cocktails, and dessert favorites like Mini NY Cheesecake Bites and Union Square Churros.

Cocktails lean into classic New York swagger. The New Yorker mixes bourbon, sweet vermouth, amaro, cacao, and vanilla, while Hearts on Broadway blends vodka, citrus, pomegranate, and lavender. Zero-proof options are also available.

CUE 48 will be open daily from 6 am to 11 pm. Reservations are available through OpenTable.

Omni Boston Hotel at the Seaport: A Design-Forward Retreat in the Heart of Boston’s Waterfront
The jewel of the northeast is the perfect getaway
Architecture, Building, Office Building

It began at daybreak, as a white light poked through the split in the curtains, and I awoke from a night of slumber, and the sun opened up over Boston. I climbed out of bed, opened the curtains, with the Boston skyline across the horizon, and the harbor poking through the facades of glass and steel. Welcome to the Boston Seaport.

I was on a late spring excursion, with the Omni Boston Hotel at the Seaport as my headquarters, to explore the city’s newest district, where arts, culture, and activity intertwined. What would I find?

A Toast to World Gin Week in New York City
World Gin Week ends in New York with a juniper-fueled celebration at The Ivory Peacock and Ploume.
Bar, Chair, Furniture

If your week was anything like mine, you'll need a strong cocktail or three this weekend. Mercifully, the martinis will flow like water this Saturday in New York City for the grand finale of World Gin Week. For the past seven days, elite cocktail bars from Cape Town and Kyoto to Singapore and Mexico City have hosted panels, bartender residencies, and tastings in celebration of all things juniper. Think of it as the World Cup for cocktail connoisseurs.

Here in Gotham, World Gin Week culminates on June 20 at The Ivory Peacock, a craft cocktail mainstay in NoMad, and its subterranean sister bar, Ploume. The two venues will host pop-ups helmed by bartenders from cathedrals of mixology like Sip & Guzzle, Dante Aperitivo, and Room 207. Expect all manner of martini mania, along with gourmet hors d'oeuvres to ensure you're still standing at the evening's end.
