Airstream already makes some of the most sought-after travel trailers in America. So when it announces an ultra-exclusive special edition collab with two of the country’s most recognized Western brands, it’s hard not to take notice.
The limited-edition RV, officially dubbed the Airstream Stetson + 6666 Special Edition Travel Trailer, elevates the brand’s already luxurious design with a healthy dose of American Frontier panache. That includes “classic ranch motifs, historic artwork, and tooled leather accents, all housed in the iconic Airstream aluminum shell,” says Airstream president and CEO Bob Wheeler. The exterior features subtle, tasteful touches that combine heritage elements from both Stetson and Four Sixes Ranch. Weathered metal accents, a Stetson cowboy hat on the screen door, a custom red-striped power awning, and a red “belt” around the belly of the trailer all hint at a wholly unique design.

The interior is similarly appointed with a premium, Western-inspired fit and finish throughout. The black-stained oak dinette is a focal point, as is the large, hammered-copper apron-front kitchen sink. An overstuffed leather couch and leather headboard anchor the living area and bedroom, respectively, and pioneer-themed woven window coverings surround the space. Vintage Stetson elements, including artwork, custom pillows, and embossed logos, add plenty of cowboy panache.

True to Airstream‘s luxury roots, the 27-foot travel trailer is well-appointed with a long list of standard features and tech, including a robust, 2.4-kWh lithium-ion battery bank tied to a 2,000-watt inverter and 300 watts of rooftop solar. An optional rear hatch with a sliding screen is available to provide panoramic views of whatever amazing campsite you’ve found for the night. Plus, the floor plan offers the versatility to accommodate solo travelers, couples, or even a family of four.
The Airstream Stetson + 6666 Special Edition Travel Trailer will be available in January by special order for $169,900.
