The House of Rémy Martin is launching a unique white spirit

The House of Rémy Martin is most known for its award-winning cognacs. Recently, the brand decided to pivot from the usual to a unique new expression. It’s not even a cognac. It’s something different altogether. It’s called Rémy V, and it’s referred to as a “modern white spirit”.

Rémy V

Rémy V isn’t like anything you’re used to from the iconic cognac brand, and that’s what makes it so intriguing. Made from 100% French-grown grapes, this white distilled spirit is distilled in traditional copper pot stills and bottled at 70-proof. According to the brand, this un-aged, highly mixable spirit begins with a nose of fresh fruit, rose, violet, and vine flowers. The palate is centered in fruit and floral flavor, as well as citrus peels and mint leaves. It’s known for its balanced, fresh, easy-drinking flavor profile. It’s best enjoyed neat, on the rocks, or mixed into your favorite cocktail for a fruity, sweet, soft addition.

“Remy V celebrates a fresh kind of confidence and invites consumers to show up boldly, celebrating their individuality in all the ways they choose to express themselves – including the cocktails they enjoy,” Tonia Mancino, VP of Luxury Brands, Rémy Cointreau, says.

“Partnering with Tefi felt not only natural but necessary—she personifies the expressive, playful, and authentic energy that Rémy V embodies.”

Where can I buy it?

If this white spirit seems like something you’d like to add to your home bar cart, Rémy V is currently available at select retailers and bars across the US, and it’s also available for purchase at remymartin.com for the suggested retail price of $34.99 for a 750ml bottle.

Tequila Corralejo Introduces Smaller Bottle For the First Time in More Than 250 Years
Alcohol, Beer, Beverage

If you’ve walked into a Mexican bar or restaurant, chances are you’ve noticed the big blue bottle of tequila. Corralejo is famous for its tall, slim bottles that come in 750 milliliters and 1.75 liters. The 750-milliliter bottle is the standard size you’ve probably become familiar with. Corralejo also has clear bottles for its Blanco, red bottles for its Añejo, and a tall, round, bright blue bottle for its Triple Distilled Tequilas, among other shapes and types.

It’s been this way for decades and decades. But for the first time, Corralejo is meeting the demand for smaller, easily digestible, and giftable bottles. Arriving ahead of Hispanic Heritage Month and Mexican Independence Day in September, Corralejo is introducing the 375ml Reposado bottle, which aims to create “a timely entry point into Tequila Corralejo’s more than 250 years of tequila-making heritage, while offering a right-sized option for intimate gatherings, gifting, and cocktail occasions.”
