It’s the most magical time of the year at Starbucks Reserve Roasteries and stores. Starting November 6th, Starbucks lovers can get into the holiday season with new holiday drinks and seasonal merchandise. This year, Starbucks will offer a new Caramel Miso Hot Cocoa, which combines 70% cocoa chocolate, steamed milk, and a dark caramel miso sauce to bring umami notes to a holiday drink. Finished with dark caramel miso cold foam, brown sanding sugar, and edible gold flakes, this new drink will have you longing for a cozy holiday morning.

In addition to the launch of the new Caramel Miso Hot Cocoa, the Starbucks Reserve Peppermint Mocha will return this year, made from espresso, steamed milk, and peppermint syrup, and topped with whipped cream, peppermint candy, and dark chocolate curls. Visitors heading to Starbucks Reserve roasteries can also enjoy two fun, festive drinks in a fun hot cocoa due flight featuring the Caramel Miso Hot Cocoa and Peppermint Hot Cocoa. The 2025 Starbucks Reserve holiday menu also includes the Caramel Brulée Eggnog Latte, made with 2025 Christmas Espresso, eggnog, and caramel brulée sauce.

Martinis & merchandise

For an alcoholic twist, Starbucks will also offer the Holiday Espresso Martini Flight, featuring the signature espresso martini alongside seasonal twists, which include the Peppermint Peppermint Mocha Espresso Martini and the Eggnog Espresso Martini. All espresso martinis at Starbucks Reserve locations can be enjoyed individually or ordered as part of the tasting flight.
