Founded in 2010, Boston-based Bully Boy Distillers is well-known for its premium spirits lineup, including gin, amaro, vodka, rum, and whiskey. And while you can’t go wrong with any of its award-winning spirits, to celebrate Dry January, the distillery is launching a new line of spirit-free cocktails.
Intermezzo

It’s called Intermezzo, and this new line of non-alcoholic cocktails debuting this month will begin with two releases: Sunset Spritz and Alpine Highball.
Sunset Spritz is a great choice for fans of the Aperol Spritz and other Spritz cocktails. Featuring cane sugar, apple cider vinegar, rhubarb, Ginger, clove, cinnamon, yuzu, orange blossom, juniper, grapefruit, bitter orange, lemongrass, lavender, and cherry, it features a balance of sweetness, herbal, and gentle bitterness.
Alpine Highball was crafted to taste like your favorite amaro-based cocktail. Made with cane sugar, monkfruit sweetener, rhubarb, gentian, ginger, clove, cinnamon, juniper, bitter almond, Valencia orange, and lemon, it’s known for its mix of spices, citrus, and light bitterness.
“Our aim with Intermezzo is to create non-alcoholic beverages that are just as complex and satisfying as our spirits, and that don’t sacrifice taste,” said Bully Boy Distillers Co-Founder, Dave Willis. “We hope Intermezzo appeals to non-drinkers, mindful drinkers, and cocktail enthusiasts alike, and allows for moderation when desired, or a leg-up on a low ABV cocktail in a pinch.”
Where can I buy it?

Intermezzo spirit-free cocktails are available this month at select retailers and at Bully Boy’s website for $16 for a four-pack of 8.4-ounce cans. For more information about Intermezzo and Bully Boy Distillers’ other spirits, please visit bullyboydistillers.com.
