The Grinch

There’s a lot to like about this cocktail, perhaps most the “three cherries too small” touch, a reference to the famed heart scene in the Dr. Seuss classic. We also like the smart mix of blue and yellow to make green.
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 ounces vodka
- 1 ounce Blue Curaçao
- 2 ounces pineapple juice
- 1/2 ounce fresh lime juice
- Sugar (for rim)
- 3 cherries for garnish
Method:
- Rim a chilled glass with sugar.
- In a shaker with ice, combine vodka, Blue Curaçao, pineapple juice, and lime juice and shake vigorously until cold.
- Strain into the glass over fresh ice and garnish with three cherries.
