Most of us know about the Tom Collins. The classic cocktail recipe has its own glass and has featured in all kinds of pop culture moments (this writer’s favorite being a great scene from Wes Anderson’s Bottle Rocket). But the classics are just classics, clearly worth creating over and over again but also worth experimenting with.
Enter this nice riff, which also happens to be Valentine’s Day approved (much like this mocktail spritz recipe, if that’s your jam). The radiant red cocktail beams with love and is a great option for hosting a small group or just whipping something up for your significant other. And it doesn’t take a whole lot of effort.
Build a night around this tasty cocktail. Start with some proper bar glassware and put some thought into your garnishes. Shoot, turn your place into a speakeasy and dress the part.
This recipe comes to us from Wyoming Whiskey. It’s one of our favorite whiskey brands and responsible for some wonderful aged spirits. Read on for details.
