Blending minimalism and architectural design is no strange task for the Australian brand Above The Clouds. Known for their distinct fashion touch, the label has once again brought their high-concept art to ASICS for another collaboration that adds interest and style to a classic silhouette. Having previously worked on ASICS’ GT series, the pair is once again taking to one of the brand’s most notable models for a fresh, new look. This time around, the pair has updated the GEL-QUANTUM 360 I, a fan-favorite that introduced 360 degrees of Gel technology in the midsole. Along with a design upgrade, subtle changes have also been made to the design’s features that add to the sculptural aesthetic of the overall sneaker.
Above The Clouds and ASICS unveil new collaborative sneakers

In their latest collaboration, ASICS and Above The Clouds have unveiled two new looks for the iconic GEL-QUANTUM 360 I. Both iterations come with the same silhouettes and features, but differ in colorways. Still featuring the MOIS TECT mesh upper and external heel counter from the original model, the collaborative sneaker has been updated with a new extended lace system, reinforced toe cap, and jacquard mesh layering. Still including the Gel technology, the midsole has also been reinforced with the brand’s FF BLAST PLUS cushioning for more comfort underfoot. This collaborative design arrives in Soft Yellow/Black and Soft Yellow/Brisket colorways, providing an option for those looking for something subtle or with a pop of color. Both iterations are now available via ASICS’ webstore for $210 each.
