The Craft Editions From Teremana Tequila Is the Way to Dress Up Your Bar Cart

The collection marks the brand's first-ever limited-edition bottle design series.

Every killer bar cart needs a few eye-catching bottles that don’t sacrifice quality in taste. Dwayne Johnson‘s Teremana Tequila aims to do that with The Craft Editions, which the brand says are designed to celebrate and respect the land, people, and the craftsmanship behind every bottle crafted in the highlands of Jalisco, Mexico.

The Craft Edition marks the first time Teremana has introduced a limited-edition bottle design series, which promises to bring a bright pop to your bar cart. The bottles come in vibrant blue, “inspired by the brand’s 100 percent Blue Weber agave for the Blanco variant.” Then there’s a metallic copper bottle, “inspired by the handcrafted copper pot stills used during distillation for the Reposado variant.”

The bottles, available nationwide, pay homage to Teremana’s traditional production methods — including slow roasting agave in brick ovens, distilling in handmade copper pot stills, and using fully mature 100 percent blue Weber agave to create its signature rich, smooth taste.

“I’ve always believed that if you respect the process and culture, be authentic and real with your words and actions, the rest takes care of itself,” said Dwayne Johnson, founder of Teremana, in a statement. “The Craft Editions feel deeply personal to me because it’s a tribute to that journey. It’s a way of honoring the agave that takes years to grow, our handmade copper pot stills, and the team in our distillery who show up with pride every single day. Teremana has grown in ways I’m boundlessly grateful for, but at its core it’s still built on craft, gratitude, and good, proud, hard-working people —  that’s Mana. The Craft Editions are a reminder of where we started and the standards we’ll always hold ourselves to.”

For the uninitiated, the Blanco is Teremana’s signature expression, with notes of citrus, while the Reposado features the brand’s rich tequila aged in American whiskey barrels for notes of oak and vanilla.

Teremana touts The Craft Editions as the perfect gift when you need to bring a bottle to the occasion. Walk in with these to bottles, and you’re sure to make a statement that pops. While you’re at it, might as well pick up the 52-card deck that blends Teramana’s philosophy of sharing good energy (or “Mana”) with The Skin Deep. The collaboration is a card game that sparks meaningful conversations, thanks to prompts designed to break the ice, lighten the mood, explore relationships, and more, with prompts like, “Which one of us has challenged you the most to grow in the last year, and what was the moment that sparked it?”

The physical deck is available on The Skin Deep website for $15.99.

“Partnering with Teremana was an easy yes for us, they’re a likeminded brand that cares as deeply as we do about bringing people together and creating real human connection,” said Anthony Cabraal, Head of Strategic Partnerships at The Skin Deep. “It was a lot of fun to create this game and content series to lean into the infectious energy that only a great conversation between good friends can bring. We can’t wait to share it with both our audiences and let the laughter and good memories flow this summer.”

The Rock founded the premium, small-batch tequila alongside Jenna Fagnan, Ken Austin, and Dany Garcia. Along with Blanco and Reposado, Teremana also features Añejo.

Earlier this summer, Johnson reflected on launching the brand and introducing The Craft Editions to the world.

“Six years ago, Teremana was just an idea — fueled with a hunger, work ethic, and respect for craft and culture,” he posted on Instagram. “Today, we’ve proudly and gratefully grown at an iconic pace from one distillery to an entire Teremana Campus — where ONLY TEREMANA is produced.”

Classic fall-flavored dark beers you should be drinking this season
Great Lakes

If autumn were a flavor, what would it be? I know this task is difficult, so let’s make it easier by thinking in beer terms. What beers taste the most like fall? Is it a pumpkin beer? Maybe an Oktoberfest beer? How about a smoked beer that emulates the aromas of a fall campfire? All of these are absolutely correct. That’s because fall is full of flavors, and the beer you drink reflects you and your personal tastes.

Fall is also definitely a dark beer. There’s no doubt about that. Cold nights, short days. It’s the perfect time for dark, malty, warming beers.

Heaven Hill is releasing a bourbon featuring whiskey from before a 1996 fire destroyed its original distillery
Heaven Hill Phoenix

Everyone loves comeback stories, right? In 1996, lightning struck the Old Heaven Hill Springs Distillery and destroyed it in a fire. Driven by wind, the 1935 distillery burned to the ground. The inferno destroyed around 100,000 aging barrels. To honor this event, Heaven Hill is releasing Heaven Hill Phoenix, a limited-edition, one-time 18-year-old Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey.

1792’s popular wheated bourbon just got a full-proof upgrade
Bottle, Liquor, Whiskey

Wheated bourbon has a reputation for being the soft, easygoing member of the bourbon mashbill family. Barton 1792 is betting it can hit hard too, with its new 1792 Wheated Full Proof, a 125-proof version of its 1792 Sweet Wheat bourbon.

Sweet Wheat first came out in 2015 and uses wheat in place of the rye found in most bourbon mashbills, which tends to give the whiskey a softer, rounder profile.
