Rebel Bourbon is one of the most underrated whiskey brands. And while you can’t go wrong with any of its flagship expressions, it recently announced the return of a popular flavored whiskey, and it’s one that soda fans will be fairly excited to try.
Rebel Root Beer Whiskey

Rebel Root Beer Whiskey uses the brand’s well-known wheated recipe. Rebel Straight Bourbon is infused with root beer flavor. The label features a frothy mug of root beer next to a bourbon cask. If you already mix bourbon with root beer, you’ll appreciate this infused whiskey.
According to the brand, the result is a 70-proof flavored whiskey that opens with notes of vanilla, sweet bourbon, and sassafras. The palate is filled with flavors root beer fans know and love, like vanilla beans, sassafras, licorice candy, molasses, boozy bourbon, caramel, honey, and a lightly spicy finish.
“We listened to the real trailblazing rebels out there, and brought back Rebel Root Beer,” Philip Lux, Rebel Bourbon brand manager, says.
“It’s available in a variety of size options for enjoying neat, chilled, in cola cocktails and more. Rebel Root Beer is fun and tasty, but doesn’t have any rules – on purpose.”
Where can I buy it?

If the idea of sipping a root beer-flavored whiskey neat, on the rocks, or mixed into your favorite cocktail appeals to you, you can purchase Rebel Root Beer nationwide at whiskey retailers beginning this month for the suggested retail price of $19.99 for a 750ml bottle and $.99 for a 50ml bottle.
