Garrison Brothers stands tall in the American whiskey scene, acclaimed for its award-winning portfolio—including standouts like Garrison Brothers Cowboy Bourbon and Garrison Brothers Small Batch. Now, the Hye, Texas-based brand is raising the bar once again with the launch of its first-ever bottled-in-bond bourbon.
Garrison Brothers Bottled in Bond

The first bottle-in-bond bourbon from the iconic distillery was made with Texas-grown grains and proofed down with pure country rainwater. I was matured for 6 years in a federally bonded warehouse and bottled at a robust 100 proof.
According to Garrison Brothers, the result is a bourbon featuring layered notes of tobacco, leather, caramelized sugar, toasted oak, root beer, dark chocolate, plums, roasted almonds, and toffee.
The tenth bourbon in the Garrison Brothers’ portfolio will be available beginning February 28th during the brand’s celebration of Texas Independence Day. 2,000 bottles of this extremely limited-edition expression will be made available to the public.
“From day one, Garrison Brothers has cooked our own mash, fermented our own distillers beer, pot-distilled, and aged our bourbon right here in Hye, Texas,” says Dan Garrison, Founder of Garrison Brothers Distillery.
“There’s no BS here. For six summers, this whiskey moved in and out of the wood, tightening its flavor and deepening its color. We proofed it down to 100 and put our name on it. This release marks a milestone for Texas distilling, Donnis Todd and our entire team.”
Where can I buy it?

Garrison Brothers Bottled-in-Bond will be available at online retailers, restaurants, bars, and liquor stores by the end of March for the suggested retail price of $99.99.
