AeroPress
AeroPress

AeroPress just dropped an exciting new color today, just in time for National Coffee Day tomorrow, 9/29. The newest Walnut collection debuted today, featuring the AeroPress Premium Walnut and AeroPress Walnut Manual Grinder – both made with solid clear-grade walnut.

Designed to add a beautiful look to your kitchen counter, not the cabinet, the Walnut collection delivers the signature AeroPress experience coffee lovers know and love while bringing elevated design and everyday functionality to the forefront. I’m a huge fan of Walnut finishes on everything, so I was super excited when I heard about this launch. With the holiday season approaching, this could be a wonderful gift for the coffee lover in your life, too.

AeroPress Walnut Collection Details

  • The Premium Walnut ($249.95) is an extension of the Premium Collection, built from hand-crafted double-wall borosilicate glass, 304 stainless steel and aluminum with laser-etched branding, now with a solid clear-grade walnut flange, walnut plunger, and solid wood scoop and stirrer.
  • The Walnut Manual Grinder ($249.95) is the most compact high-performance grinder on the market. Italian-made, titanium-coated 38mm conical burrs, 60+ defined settings, and a 25-gram capacity. It stores inside an AeroPress, handle and all, with a solid clear-grade walnut handle and catch casing.

“The kitchen has become a place where function and personal style come together, and we believe your coffee setup should be a part of that,” said AeroPress CEO Gerard Meyer. “Instead of something you tuck away in the cabinet, the AeroPress Premium Walnut and Walnut Manual Grinder are designed to be proudly displayed on one’s countertop, to make a statement and serve as a centerpiece for coffee lovers.”

“Wood felt like a natural way to bring warmth and more character to a product our fans already love, while staying true to our roots,” added David Cole, CMO of AeroPress. “With the holiday gifting season around the corner, the new Walnut Collection allows us to offer an even broader range of options for coffee enthusiasts. Whether someone is drawn to the natural materials and craftsmanship of the Walnut Collection or prefers our sleek glass & metal Premium Silver, Black, or White colorways and our all-metal Manual Grinder, there’s a perfect gift for every brewing style and aesthetic.”

Imperial stouts available everywhere that are perfect for fall
Sierra Nevada

I get it, you’re not happy that summer and its seemingly endless, sun-drenched days filled with light, crisp, refreshing beer are over. Even begrudgingly, you’ve likely already moved onto fall beer with Oktoberfest, Vienna lagers, pumpkin ales, and maltier, dark brews. But even though you’re not ready to put your board shorts and flip-flops away until next summer, the days are getting shorter and the nights are getting chillier. It’s almost imperial stout season.

As a beer drinker, I also struggle to move on from the lighter, crushable beers of summer and early fall. But I love a well-made imperial stout. This full-bodied, rich, high-alcohol brew is the perfect complement to the colder months ahead. In fact, there’s no beer style I’d rather drink while I sit beside a fall campfire.

The 50 crowns the 50 Best Bars for 2026
a cocktail at Bar Leone in Hong Kong

The annual list of the World’s 50 Best Bars was just unveiled at a live awards ceremony in Milan. Hong Kong’s Bar Leone retains the No. 1 spot for the second consecutive year. The bar, founded by Italian bartender Lorenzo Antinori in 2023, draws inspiration from Rome’s neighborhood bars, focusing on classic cocktails, Italian influences and approachable hospitality.

Moebius Milano took the No. 2 spot, followed by Alquímico in Cartagena, Bangkok’s Bar Us, and Athens’ Line at No. 5. Mexico City’s Handshake Speakeasy, a former top-ranked bar, placed sixth this year and earned Best Bar in North America honors.

Tired of messy meal prep? Ninja just released the ultimate space-saver
Ninja Prepi

SharkNinja is back with another innovative kitchen launch — the Ninja PREPi. This is a first-of-its-kind system that can prep, store, and serve, all in one compact device. The Ninja PREPi, your shortcut to eating fresh: chef-level prep precision with no skills required, compact and portable design, easily stackable storage – eating the way you want has never been so easy. From dicing to chopping, slicing, and puréeing, its a product that is designed to help make meal prep even easier (and give you back time in the kitchen). I’m pretty excited about this launch, as it seems like one of those products we didn’t know we needed (but soon won’t be able to live without).

“Even a simple meal can feel like a project once you factor in the prep and the cleanup,” said D-J Hageman, VP of Marketing at Ninja. “It can mean knives for chopping, multiple cutting boards, serving bowls, and containers for leftovers. We created Ninja PREPi™ to bring those steps together to make cooking easier for home chefs, with a fresh take on a category that isn’t typically the target of kitchen innovation.”
