It’s no secret I’m obsessed with Fontainebleau Las Vegas. Unsurprisingly, they’ve unveiled some of the most unique happenings taking place this summer to celebrate America’s 250th anniversary. At Fontainebleau, guests are invited to a weekend of fireworks viewing parties, a holiday brunch, a MICHELIN-starred barbecue pop up, and so much more.
On June 27, July 4, and July 18, Fontainebleau Las Vegas will offer Oasis Pool Fireworks Viewing Parties at 9 p.m. Guests can view America250 fireworks by Grucci in partnership with Visit Las Vegas and Las Vegas Events. The eight-minute fireworks show can be seen from the outdoor Oasis Pool Deck where guests can enjoy drinks and light bites pool-side (viewing parties from 7 to 10 p.m.). Admission for non-hotel guests can also be purchased.
LIV Beach Happenings

Fontainebleau is also celebrating with a July 4th party coined “Neon Moon”, featuring country music threesome Midland at LIV Beach. The party starts at 8 p.m., which include the evening’s firework launch from the rooftop. Additionally, Chef Ali Clem’s MICHELIN-starred la Barbecue is returning to the resort to serve up fan-favorite dishes by the LIV Beach like Pitmaster’s Cut beef rib, brisket sandwiches, brisket burgers, & more.
La Cóte Happenings

La Côte is always a must-visit for me when I visit Fontainebleau Las Vegas, featuring a French-Mediterranean vibe that has undeniably good vibes (and amazing food). For America’s birthday, this poolside coastal restaurant will offer a speciality holiday brunch from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. ($155 for adults), coined the “Rosé, White, & Bleau Brunch”.
The menu includes a cold buffet, hot buffet, barbecue-style sides, a pastry buffet, an ice cream sundae cart, and roaming caviar service, plus a complimentary trucker hat customization bar. Of course, you can always add on cocktails to help ring in America’s 250th birthday with and upgrade of the bottomless wine package or by purchasing specialty birthday cocktails featuring Tito’s Handmade Vodka and Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Whiskey, or upgrade with the purchase of a bottomless wine package. Unlike the Fontainebleau Las Vegas’ other events, this one only happens once — so be sure to be in Vegas on July 4 this year.
