Delta One passengers can now look forward to a concierge-like experience as soon as they enter the terminal. Delta Air Lines has expanded its Delta One check-in to hubs across the U.S., offering customers a space to drop off bags, relax, and check-in. These upscale areas go hand in hand with the Delta One in-flight atmosphere.
Delta One travelers can expect a faster, more private check-in process

“Delta One Check-In sets the tone for each one of our Delta One customers to begin experiencing their elevated journey from the moment they arrive at the airport,” said Greg Forbes, managing director of airport experience. “It builds on the efficiency and consistency with a welcoming, calm environment that reflects Delta’s signature care and hospitality.”
Delta One check-in is now available at Atlanta (ATL), Boston (BOS), Detroit (DTW), Los Angeles (LAX), Minneapolis-St. Paul (MSP), New York-JFK (JFK), Salt Lake City (SLC) and Seattle (SEA). LAX and JFK customers get even more: private Delta One security that escorts them to the Delta One Lounge. SEA and BOS also have Delta One Lounges, with plans for more at other hubs down the line.
Individual Delta One check-in spaces differ in size and shape, but each features:
- Personalized assistance from Premium Service ambassadors
- Expedited check-in and bag drop
- Comfortable seating and a quiet, relaxed atmosphere
- Refreshing light bites and beverages
This new offering continues the airline’s goal to “elevate the travel experience with a seamless journey from end to end.” To do that, the airline says “Every touchpoint is designed to deliver consistency, care and attention to detail—hallmarks of Delta’s commitment to providing and delivering a premium experience for each of our customers.”
