Terry Bradshaw’s Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey Is Rolling Out a Cocktail Lineup

Terry Bradshaw is a four-time Super Bowl champion and a certified NFL legend. He always delivered as a Pittsburgh Steelers icon. The same is true today, not only as a co-host on Fox NFL Sunday but also as an entrepreneur. He founded Bradshaw Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey in 2020. He proudly touts that it’s not just slapping his name on a bottle. He’s hands-on with the lineup of bourbon expressions.

And just in time for the upcoming football season, Bradshaw Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey is rolling out a cocktail lineup inspired by iconic moments from Bradshaw’s storied NFL career. The lineup will be available at select bars and restaurants across the country, including SAHARA Las Vegas, the spectacular Eight Lounge at Resorts World Las Vegas, The Yard in Pittsburgh, Urban Grill and Wine Bar in McKinney, Texas, and The Bon Aire in Austin, Texas.

The Immaculate Refreshment, in homage to “The Immaculate Reception” during the 1972 AFC Divisional playoffs against the Oakland Raiders, can be found at Chickie’s & Pete’s Crabhouse +Sports Bar and CASBAR Lounge inside SAHARA Las Vegas. The Immaculate Refreshment is crafted with Bradshaw Bourbon, simple syrup, fresh lime juice, basil, and strawberries. The cocktail will run you $14. The cocktail is also being featured at The Yard locations throughout Pittsburgh.

Terry’s Black and Gold Rush is at the cigar-and-cocktail lounge Eight Lounge inside Resorts World. The cocktail name is a nod to Bradshaw putting Pittsburgh on the map with four Super Bowl titles. The cocktail features fresh lemon and honey, and is garnished with a lemon peel. It’s priced at $22.

Eight Lounge is one of my favorite cigar lounges in the country. It’s spacious and never too crowded. The lounge features a fully stocked humidor room with one of the best cigars selection. There are a ton of TVs throughout the lounge, private rooms, and patio.

In Texas, find the Sweet Heat Smash at Urban Grill and Wine Bar and the Blond Bomber at The Bon Aire. The Sweet Heat Smash is made with strawberries, basil, hot honey, and club soda. It’s priced at $16. The Blond Bomber, Bradshaw’s nickname inspired by his flowing blond locks and strong arm, is made with Amaro Montenegro, fresh lemon and orange juices, and simple syrup, garnished with Luxardo maraschino cherries.

A great summer for Bradshaw Bourbon

Bradshaw Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey earned a Double Gold Medal and a 98 out of 100 score at the Summer 2026 PR%F Awards for Bradshaw’s 12-year single barrel expression, TB12.

The 6-year cask-strength single-barrel bourbon also earned “Best in Show” and a Double Gold Medal at the 2026 Wine & Spirits Wholesalers of America Tasting Competition. The flagship bourbon also earned a Double Gold Medal at the 2026 SIP Awards and a Gold Medal at the 2026 San Francisco World Spirits Competition.

Four Roses’ 2026 Limited Edition Small Batch is its oldest blend yet

Four Roses has announced the release of its 2026 Limited Edition Small Batch Bourbon next month — and this year’s batch reaches back further than any prior release, blending bourbons aged 14 to 23 years.

The new blend from the Lawrenceburg-based distillery combines four hand-selected batches across three of the distillery’s ten recipes: 14-year-old OBSK, 14-year-old OESK, 15-year-old OESV, and a 23-year-old OESK. It’s non-chill filtered and bottled at barrel strength, 109.2 proof.

As a New England WASP, I probably have a hereditary fondness for grand old rooms. My Boston Brahmin forebears, after trading religious zeal for mercantile ambition, liked nothing better than sipping claret, playing whist, and smoking cigars in their clubhouses on Beacon Hill. In private quarters adorned with mahogany paneling, maritime paintings, and marble fireplaces, my flinty ancestors chortled deep into the night—safely removed from wives, papists, and, God forbid, Yale men.

Since moving to New York City, I’ve delighted in finding bars that feel like clubhouses frozen in the Gilded Age. The Campbell in Grand Central comes to mind. The Rose Club at the Plaza. Although much newer, the Polo Bar gussies up the blue-blood clubhouse aesthetic with fabulous fare, a trophy-laden wine cellar, and an ultra-exclusive mystique. But the apotheosis of robber-baron extravagance is The Gold Room at Lotte New York Palace.

Classic lagers to drink if you want your beer to “taste like beer”

When you think about the flavor of beer, what do you imagine? To me, it’s a crisp, refreshing, no-frills lager. The type of beer you’d just as likely crack open on an unseasonably warm spring day while grilling as you would after an afternoon of mowing the lawn on a hot, hazy, humid summer day. It’s light, refreshing, and tastes like beer.

That’s not to say that there isn’t a place for chocolate- and coffee-centric porters or boozy, barrel-aged stouts, or even tart, lip-smacking sour beers. There is a time and place for those and many other styles. It’s just that sometimes I want to crack open a beer and not taste an explosion of tropical fruit juices or get bashed in the head with malts or oaky wood. I want a beer that tastes the way I imagine it should. Specifically, I’m thinking about a balanced, thirst-quenching lager.
