Gozney’s new Arc Lite brings pro-level pizza heat to any backyard

Gozney launches new small, compact, yet mighty outdoor pizza oven

ARC Lite
Gozney

Gozney, the global leader in premium, design-led outdoor pizza ovens, has just dropped an exciting new launch: the Arc Lite. This compact extension of its Arc and Arc XL series makes it possible for everyone to enjoy a professional-grade pizza oven, delivering the same live-fire performance but ideal for smaller spaces. The Arc Lite, priced at $399.99, is designed to cook pizzas up to 12 inches at up to 950°F / 500°C using Gozney’s signature lateral rolling flame. Beyond pizza, this compact, yet mighty pizza oven can also be used for flame-finished veggies, steaks, and more.

“Everyone deserves to experience cooking with real fire. That’s where Arc Lite comes in,” said Tom Gozney, Founder and CEO of Gozney. “It’s compact, powerful, and easy to use. You can place it on a balcony or take it to your mate’s, and it still kicks out the same flame and heat as our bigger ovens. What I love is how it changes the vibe when people get together. Suddenly everyone’s in it. Topping and turning pizzas, having a laugh. Those moments become the reason. That’s what Arc Lite is all about.”

Some of the exciting new features of the Gozney Arc Lite include:

  • Signature lateral rolling flame for even, natural heat and consistent results.
  • High-performance 12mm stone floor for crisp, well-baked pizza bases.
  • Front-facing dial control for smooth, intuitive flame management.

The Gozney Arc Lite will be available for purchase starting March 3rd in an Off Black colorway (select retailers and direct through Gozney.com). If you’ve been dreaming of your very own pizza oven (without the space for a full-size), Gozney’s new Arc Lite might just be your solution.

Available now direct from Porter Road, each 1 lb, frozen package is priced at $22. Each package of frozen pulled pork is seasoned with a spice blend that includes smoked salt, black pepper, white pepper, brown sugar, onion powder, sweep paprika, garlic powder, cayenne, chili powder, and dried bay leaf. To enjoy, after thawing pork in the fridge, bring a pot of water to a simmer and place the sealed package of pork in the water bath. Simmer for 20-25 minutes until warmed through. Classic London dry gins to add to your collection
Tanqueray

When many drinkers think about gin, they are likely to envision traditional London dry gin. That’s because, like the West Coast IPA when it comes to IPAs, the London dry gin is the standard for the spirit style.

While I love a nice glass of whiskey (or a whiskey-based cocktail), the summer months were made for the pine and botanical flavors of London dry gin. This juniper-forward version is also the perfect choice for cocktail enthusiasts (in drinks like the iconic G&T, Gin Gimlet, Negroni, and more) because of its piney, botanical flavor profile, which pairs perfectly with citrus and other summery flavors. Today, I’m going to take a deep dive into this popular gin variety.

Alcohol, Beverage, Liquor

Old Forester, the Louisville, Kentucky brand that bills itself as America’s first bottled bourbon, just released the newest entry in its 117 Series: Triple Char Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whisky.

The milestone here isn’t only the char — at least, not entirely. It’s also that Triple Char is the first Old Forester expression made entirely from whiskey distilled at the brand’s Main Street distillery.
