Recently, it announced the release of the third installment of its popular Pete & Sherri Married Series of blended American single malt whiskeys.
The QuintEssential Pete & Sherri Married — 2nd Anniversary
This blend of 6 to 9-year-old American single malt whiskeys is made with a mash bill of 2-Row Pale malted barley. It’s first matured in Cedar Ridge ex-bourbon barrels before being finished in Pedro Ximénez & Oloroso Sherry Hogsheads. It’s blended with peated malt whiskey aged in Cedar Ridge ex-bourbon barrels and finished in Amontillado Sherry Butts.
According to the brand, the result is a multi-layered, complex 116.8-proof, non-chill-filtered whiskey ideal for sipping neat or with a dash or two of water to open up the aromas and flavors.

“Pete & Sherri, Married (1st Anniversary) remains my favorite expression we’ve ever made. It launched early in the special release program, so many missed out. Now that the 2nd Anniversary has been released, far more people will get to experience it, which is very exciting.
He adds, “This year I’ve added a fun twist: we expanded beyond just first-fill Amontillado to include first-fill Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso sherry casks alongside it, creating a more complex, layered profile while staying true to the Pete & Sherri core.”
