Potter’s Field

Earthy mezcal, floral liqueurs, the one-of-a-kind flavor of cardamom. It’s all here in this summer-fresh drink.
Ingredients:
- 1 ounce mezcal
- 1 ounce elderflower liqueur
- 1 ounce Chamomile Lillet
- 1 ounce lemon (clarified)
- 3 green cardamom seeds (1 black) muddled
- Absinthe, flower, and yuzu for garnish
Method:
- Muddle cardamom pods in mixing tin and add all ingredients.
- Stir and double strain into single rocks glass.
- Garnish with yuzu foam, absinthe spray, and fresh flower.
