The L’Aventure Marine Type 3 Chronometer has thrown its hat into the sea of contenders, meticulously crafted to honor mid-century horology and redesigned for the modern watch aficionado. With a vintage design and masterful engineering, this timepiece merges the gap between classic elegance and contemporary performance.

Designed for the serious collectors who place a high value on both heritage and innovation, the Marine Type 3 features a gradient blue dial inspired by the ocean, paired with vintage luminescent markers for optimal readability. The sleek, tapered lugs offer a comfortable fit, whether on a rugged NATO strap or an elegant leather band. This watch tells time and a story of adventure and timeless craftsmanship.

Unparalleled precision and durability

The Marine Type 3 mightily beats via a COSC-certified chronometer movement, guaranteeing accuracy within an impressive -4/+6 seconds per day — a sign of Swiss excellence. Built for divers and thrill seekers, it boasts water resistance of 200 meters, a screw-down crown, and a unidirectional rotating bezel, ensuring reliability in even the toughest of conditions. The watch’s scratch-resistant sapphire crystal and 316L stainless steel case provide the durability necessary without sacrificing style. Whether exploring the ocean or navigating an urban jungle, the Marine Type 3 is built to perform.

A watch crafted for collectors and explorers alike

For those seeking a model centering heritage, precision, and a sense of adventure, the L’Aventure Marine Type 3 Chronometer is a serious contender. It stands as a statement of craftsmanship, designed to endure both the test of time and the depths of the ocean.

Seiko’s new watch is a tiny tribute to a tinier Honda scooter
Wristwatch, Arm, Body Part

And they keep you from getting that annoying headache resulting from squinting all day. But they are also an amazing stylistic opportunity. They can become your statement piece; just ask Elton John if they are simply functional. But how do you select the right sunglasses to upgrade your collection? I was recently in the KREWE store down in the Meatpacking District and discovered that shopping for shades can be more than just scrolling online; it can be an experience unlike other shopping outings. After my experience in the store, I asked KREWE to spread the knowledge for shopping for new shades.

The best sunglasses are the ones you instinctively reach for day after day. But if your current pair is starting to feel a little too familiar, it may be time for an upgrade. – Kate McCabe, Vice President of Brand Marketing, KREWE

Panerai’s new insanely light Luminor Marina goes full carbon fiber
Panerai Luminor

At some point, someone at Panerai looked at one of the brand’s signature 44mm cushion cases and decided it needed to lose weight — a lot of it.

The result is the new Luminor Marina PAM01707, built entirely from Carbotech, Panerai’s proprietary carbon composite made by pressing thin layers of carbon fiber together with PEEK, a high-performance polymer.
