Audi and Aspen One just took their long-running partnership up a notch. After nearly two decades of working together in Aspen, they’re now expanding the collaboration across every Limelight Hotel in the portfolio. That means whether you’re checking into Aspen, Denver, or the soon-to-open Mammoth property, you’ll be able to slip behind the wheel of an Audi for a proper local spin.

This isn’t about slapping logos on hotel walls. The two brands are weaving guest perks directly into the stay. Think Audi pickups at the airport, complimentary house cars, and the chance to test-drive some of the automaker’s premium fleet while exploring the mountains, trails, or city streets with insider tips from the hotels’ “Adventure Architects.”

It’s becoming increasingly common for luxury auto brands to partner with lifestyle brands, as seen with Bugatti’s recent collaboration with Joe & The Juice and Audi’s partnership with Adidas through the Audi F1 team.

A Deeper Look at the Expansion

Audi and Aspen One first linked up in 2007, with Audi providing vehicles to support the ski resorts at Aspen Snowmass. Over time, the deal grew to include The Little Nell and select Limelight hotels. Now, the partnership stretches across all six Limelight locations: Aspen, Snowmass, Ketchum, Denver, the recently opened Boulder, and the upcoming Mammoth property scheduled for December.

The centerpiece of the deal is the Audi Experience Program, an amenity that goes far beyond simple car rentals. Guests can book excursions in a range of Audi vehicles—electric and combustion alike—while tailoring itineraries with the Adventure Architects team, who know the area’s best hiking routes, bike trails, cultural spots, and hidden gems. Airport pickups and courtesy cars are part of the package, smoothing the trip from touchdown to trailhead.

The expansion also aligns with Aspen One’s push toward sustainability. Limelight Boulder just opened as the country’s largest all-electric hotel, and Limelight Mammoth is set to follow the same model. Audi, meanwhile, is in the middle of its biggest product rollout, with a lineup that heavily features electric platforms. For both brands, weaving electric mobility into the travel and hospitality experience isn’t just convenient—it’s strategic.

The Wider Impact

Beyond perks for hotel guests, the move strengthens Audi’s presence in the lifestyle space. The automaker already sponsors big events like Aspen Gay Ski Week and the Audi FIS World Ski Championships. Expanding into all Limelight properties means tapping into a wider audience of adventure-seekers who want both luxury and flexibility during their travels.

Porsche just proved the Cheyenne Electric is the most impressive performance vehicle you can drive
Car, Transportation, Vehicle

I have seen the movies. I know there is no way that a car can survive in the jet blast of a plane. I remember the scene from Casino Royale. And for me, that is science. But the engineers at Porsche and Stratolaunch aren’t so sure. They operate in the real world of science, and they came together to see if the Porsche Cheyenne Electric could withstand the take-off power of one of the largest and most powerful aircraft in the world. Why? Because they can and because curiosity oftentimes leads to something awesome. Spoiler alert…the car holds up. But don’t take my word for it.

The car is its own beast. It’s got the ability to keep up and play in this space. – Orlando Bloom, Porsche ambassador

Indian commits to American artistry with Signature Series
Machine, Spoke, Helmet

There is something about sitting on the back of a motorcycle that you can’t feel anywhere else. Road trips feel different on the back of a bike versus in a car. Maybe it is the solo aspect of it. Maybe there is the feeling of the wind. Who knows? What I do know is that there is nothing like a bike ride through the countryside. The winding roads, the sunsets through the visor of the helmet, all of it is unrivaled. Indian Motorcycle understands this, and they have since they became the first American motorcycle company. Now, they have dropped a new Signature Series of four motorcycles echoing their commitment to American artistry and craftsmanship.

Since 1901, Indian Motorcycle has pursued the ultimate intersection of form and function – motorcycles that are as beautiful in design as they are sophisticated in performance – Mike Kennedy, CEO of Indian Motorcycle

Is the BMW XM a perfect blend of practicality and performance
Car, Transportation, Vehicle

The BMW XM has received a bit of a mixed response, but there’s a strong argument that it’s a logical next step on from the BMW M5. Think about it, the M5 is special because it combines practicality with exceptional performance. The BMW XM does the same thing, though you’re trading a little handling quality for far more practicality.

On a recent venture in BMW’s performance SUV, I weighed up the pros and cons of BMW’s most divisive vehicle. And it may be a better choice than BMW’s flagship.
