The White Lotus has become must-watch TV, with 6.2 million people tuning in for the season 3 finale alone. And while most of us would prefer to skip the drama, betrayal, and occasional murder, the show’s dreamy resort settings have sparked real wanderlust. Now, a new study reveals the top U.S. cities where you can channel your inner White Lotus guest, minus the chaos.

According to data from TicketSource, which analyzed wellness offerings across categories like resorts, dining, self-care, and outdoor fitness, the number one destination for a White Lotus-style getaway is Honolulu, Hawaii.

It’s a fitting winner. Honolulu boasts more wellness resorts and healthy dining options than any other U.S. city, making it an ideal spot to unwind, recharge, and sip cocktails with an ocean view. While season one of the White Lotus was filmed on Maui, Honolulu is home to standout wellness escapes like the Four Seasons Resort Oahu at Ko Olina and the Sensei Lanai, A Four Seasons Resort, which Newsweek named one of the top 100 wellness resorts in the country.

Coming in second is Reno, Nevada, a surprise contender packed with spas, saunas, and alternative healing therapies that offer a welcome break from the usual glitz and gambling image.

Rounding out the top three is San Francisco, which leads in fitness instruction, yoga studios, and hiking opportunities, giving wellness seekers plenty of ways to stay active while soaking in Golden Gate views.

Interestingly, mid-sized cities made a strong showing. Places like Anchorage, Alaska, and Lexington, Kentucky, earned high scores thanks to their high concentration of wellness services relative to population size. These destinations offer a more peaceful, nature-infused take on the luxe lifestyle so many travelers crave.
