Today, Nespresso USA is announcing the opening of its NYC flagship boutique, a uniquely crafted spot located in New York City’s Flatiron district. Inspired by consumer exploration of beverage flavors, styles, and rituals, this spot is the cumulation of the brand’s reimagined retail strategy. The NYC flagship boutique marks the eight and largest global store, featuring a first-floor that spans over 13,000 square feet.

On the lower level, a Hidden Cup Coffee Bar will allow tastemakers to reimagine coffee through exclusive recipes throughout the year. Visitors can stop by the car to try new functionally enhanced coffees and zero-proof blends, alongside Nespresso classics. Other happenings at the Hidden Cup Coffee Bar include a sensory signature mocktail experience, designed to infuse coffee aromas into drinks.

The second space downstairs, the Nespresso Lounge, invites guests to relaxed and stay awhile. The lounge focuses on a slow, relaxed coffee experience and allows visitors to test their barista skills with self-service coffee machines. In addition, Nespresso Professional Machines are available for use. Alongside interactive and immersive coffee experiences, the space is designed for visitors to do self-guided tasting. The space also includes a Coffee Theatre for employee-led masterclasses and a Nespresso coffee bard on standby to answer questions.

“Our Nespresso New York City Flagship is more than a boutique,” said Jason Webber, Vice President of Sales, Nespresso USA.“ As the pinnacle of our retail strategy, it’s the first in North America to bring our vision to life, blending the elements of discovery and experience with a local NYC touch.”
