The folks at Heaven Hill are just about to crank the holiday season revelry up to eleven. That’s because they just announced the release of the Fall 2025 edition of Old Fitzgerald Bottled-in-Bond Decanter Series. What could be better than this epic 11-year-old Kentucky straight bourbon shared with friends and family this winter?

It might seem strange that this is the “fall” release, but winter doesn’t technically begin for another few days. The sixteenth national release, the 2025 edition of Old Fitzgerald Bottled-in-Bond Decanter Series is made up of barrels that were distilled in 2014 and bottled this past fall.

This 11-year-old expression is bottled-in-bond, meaning that it was matured for a minimum of four years in federally bonded warehouses and bottled at a potent 100-proof.

According to the brand, the result is a multi-layered, complex sipping whiskey that begins with a nose of fresh leather, oaky wood, and baking spices. The palate is a symphony of butterscotch, honey, plums, peaches, and figs. The finish is warm and sweet with notes of dried fruits and chocolate.

“Every release of the Old Fitzgerald Bottled-in-Bond Decanter Series reflects our dedication to tradition and meticulous craft,” Conor O’Driscoll, Master Distiller at Heaven Hill, says.

“The 11-year-old Fall 2025 edition carries a richness and poise that exemplify what this series stands for and why the bottled-in-bond legacy remains so important to Heaven Hill.”

Where can I buy it?

The Old Fitzgerald Bottled-in-Bond Decanter Series Fall 2025 edition is an allocated bottle. It will be available at select whiskey retailers for the suggested retail price of $159.99 for a 750ml bottle.

Tequila Corralejo Introduces Smaller Bottle For the First Time in More Than 250 Years
Alcohol, Beer, Beverage

If you’ve walked into a Mexican bar or restaurant, chances are you’ve noticed the big blue bottle of tequila. Corralejo is famous for its tall, slim bottles that come in 750 milliliters and 1.75 liters. The 750-milliliter bottle is the standard size you’ve probably become familiar with. Corralejo also has clear bottles for its Blanco, red bottles for its Añejo, and a tall, round, bright blue bottle for its Triple Distilled Tequilas, among other shapes and types.

It’s been this way for decades and decades. But for the first time, Corralejo is meeting the demand for smaller, easily digestible, and giftable bottles. Arriving ahead of Hispanic Heritage Month and Mexican Independence Day in September, Corralejo is introducing the 375ml Reposado bottle, which aims to create “a timely entry point into Tequila Corralejo’s more than 250 years of tequila-making heritage, while offering a right-sized option for intimate gatherings, gifting, and cocktail occasions.”
