Greg is our fearless ringleader, host, and MVP of The Manual Podcast here in Portland, Oregon. He has worked as a host, producer, and writer in radio and television since the early 2000s. You can find such companies as CBS Radio, Alpha Broadcasting, the Portland Trail Blazers, Funemployment Radio (his very successful podcast!), and The Manual’s brother site, Digital Trends, on his resume. Sam Slaughter, Food and Drink Editor
Sam, jokingly referred to as our Spiritual Leader due to his knowledge of the booze industry, calls into The Manual Podcast each week from his “booze bunker” in South Carolina. He is Wine and Spirits Education Trust Certified in Spirits (awarded with high honors) and an honest-to-goodness Kentucky Colonel. Sam gets around, having visited over 500 breweries, wineries, and distilleries on four continents. He also likes puns. A lot. Learn more.

Christian Gollayan, Style and Grooming Editor
Christian is passionate about helping men feel confident through fashion and personal care. Born in Manila and raised in Chicago, his first brush with fashion began as a freelance accessories assistant at Vogue. He relocated to Portland by way of Hong Kong, where he was a Society Editor at Hong Kong Tatler. Before that, he was a Features Reporter and Producer at the New York Post. Learn more.
