U°THERMIC Coldscreen: Layer Up with Lotion

coldscreen feeling toasty even when the temps drop cold weather protection
You don’t have to worry about staying warm on the slopes or while engaged in any type of outdoor adventure. Just apply a liberal dose of U°THERMIC‘s coldscreen lotion. It’s designed to keep you warmed for up to four hours. This means you can stay on the slopes, hiking trail or engaged in other outdoor adventures longer instead of cutting your time short to heat up indoors. And you don’t have to be a winter sports enthusiast to use it. You might want to be warmer while sitting in a stadium watching others play sports and it works just as well in that situation.

Two brothers from New Zealand—Ryan and Alex Tattle—founded U°THERMIC a couple years ago and launched a Indiegogo campaign for their revolutionary Coldscreen. They surpassed their goal of $40,000 with more than 400 backers. Coldscreen looks and feels like a regular moisturizer to keep your skin from getting too dry in the winter chill, but there’s an added bonus. This lotion creates a thin barrier that helps retain the body’s naturally generated heat. It begins working in five to 15 minutes and lasts up to four hours. It’s important to know, however, that they recommend usage on body only—keep it away from your face, especially around your eyes.

This product contains 98% natural ingredients, is cruelty and fragrance free, backed by strict clinical trials and approved for all skin types.

Coldscreen does not prevent or cure frostbite or hyperthermia, but it does allow users to stay warmer for longer when they’re in the cold.

The Tattle brothers look like twins, but they actually have two years between their ages. They grew up in Auckland, New Zealand and now make their home in Colorado.

You can buy a 2 x sample for just a buck on their website. A travel size sells for $22.99 and there are combo packs as well.
