Great Value, Great Featurea
||Posted . Owned for 1 month when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. So far I am very pleased with this elliptical. I did a lot of research before I bought it and this one had everything I was looking for: -It’s not dependent on an app to work -It has numerous programs -It has adjustable resistance and incline -It has a built-in fan -The footprint is a reasonable size -My husband put this together mostly by himself and said the assembly wasn’t bad I use it almost daily and it has a nice feel to it and is quiet. The only thing you should take into consideration is the ceiling height of the room you are going to use this in. I am 5’9 and the room this is in has standard ceilings (7 feet-ish) and I JUST fit when I am on this elliptical.

Sturdy, Solid and Gym Level Quality
||Posted . Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. Its heavy as expected, so set it in or near the area you plan to use it in. The space it takes up about a 6ft. by 3ft area. You'll also be about 18in up, so keep that in mind if you have low ceilings. The assembly was actually fairly easy, I did most of the assembly by myself in a little over 2 hours while taking my time. The most difficult part of the assembly was attaching the neck and display to the body without pinching and bending the wires. Be very careful attaching the electronics, these parts can easily be broken. Other than that it was pretty easy, if you have a screwdriver with allen wrench attachments that will help a lot with the assembly, but it does include the tools if you don't. I'm 280 lbs. and I've used the elliptical 3 to 4 times a week for the past month and it feels very sturdy. I get no rocking motion and it is fairly quiet and smooth. The handle position feels a little awkward at first, but you get used to them. One downside is that the bluetooth is only used for apps/programs to track your progress and to record your workout stats. So to listen to audio from your phone or tablet (like Music or videos) on the built in speakers you have to connect it to an aux jack. The speakers aren't great so you may wanna use you headphones anyway. The display menu is also a little complicated to navigate and takes some getting used to. I accidentally get in to a menu I never intended to frequently, so a bit of a learning curve there but eventually I'll get it figured out. Overall, I'm enjoying the workouts I get from this machine and it offers numerous workouts from easy to challenging and also allows you to customize a workout if you'd like. There is also no need for unnecessary apps or software if you don't want to use them which seems to be a downside for some other equipment.

Love the E616
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. With Covid I purchased the Elliptical sight unseen and hoped for the best. I had previously owned a very high end Elliptical and was skeptical about a machine one third the price. To my surprise it is a great machine. I ran into a problem during assembly as the lower left arm was not the correct part. I contacted customer service. Yes, on hold for 10 minutes, but understandable. GREAT SERVICE. The representative I was talking with helped me register the unit and in a week I had a new correct part in my hand. Note: I was able to use the wrong part for the week, but did not want to risk it for the long term. Also, I did not have to send the wrong part back. Again, great customer service from Nautilus (I hope this is not taken the wrong way, but it was nice to talk to a young lady in Oregon, rather than someone in a foreign country). It took an hour to assemble the unit. Great directions too. I love the smooth stride length and the arm bars are very comfortable. I am 6' and 195lbs if that matters. The control panel is easy to use. I like just to use it in the manual start up mode. The controls easily adjust resistance and how high the foot pedals are. The programs are simple to use if you want to use the programed programs. Overall, I believe you can not go wrong with this well built, great priced Elliptical.

Meh.
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Wish the manual was more detailed, but we were able to figure it out. My feet are sloped a lot more downward that on my previous machine, which makes it feel weird. I imagine I'll get used to it with time. It definitely gives you a workout. Clearly I'm out of shape because I'm struggling on even the easiest of programs. It does move around a little but the base is firm on the ground. Overall, not in love, but it's pretty solid.

A good 'older' product, that doesn't disappoint.
||Posted . Owned for 6 months when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This elliptical is great, the outdated software/app that 'used' to be used with this machine is no longer and the newer app is pretty much trash compared to the original. but this review is more about the machine, not the app that can be used w/it. The initial setup of the unit was about as difficult as building an Ikea desk, (ie. it wasn't difficult, about a 2/10 for difficulty). It took approx 1 1/2 hrs to complete, with one person, probably would of went quicker had i not been preoccupied with other things going on, proably would of taken an hour. The ease of use of the machine is great, its not rocket science and allows you to setup multiple users on the machine, so a few people in the house can utilize the machines 'memory' of use. The machine flows very well when in use and make no noticeable loud noises which is nice. CONS: The only cons i would say about this machine, the addon/accessory for 'heart rate' that you wear, doesn't seem to be as 'synced' as it should be, it can take anywhere from 15-20 minutes of use before the machine reacts to the worn device, and displays your heart rate, and even when it does work, it doesn't seem to produce always accurate results. for this matter i went and purchased a small Oxygen Finger device that reads both oxygen and heart rate. the other con i would say is, the application that 'used' to come with the machine was soooo much better than what it was replaced with, ...tho i don't expect Nautilus to be that savvy in software, and more in tuned with fitness equipment, so i dont blame them, tho it was honestly 1 of the reasons i picked this machine, ...had i known their software was trash, i might of went else where, or with a different model, i guess i like more techy stuff than most, but thats neither here nor there.

Just what I wanted
||Posted . Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Easy to put together, a couple of steps needed 2 people. Very happy with using it, the only difficulty I had was programing the personal information. There were no directions, had to keep pressing buttons until I found the right combination. Machine itself is great. Sturdy and easy to use. Good work out.

Don't think twice, buy this elliptical
||Posted . Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed. This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review. This elliptical amazed me in many ways starting with the quality and features at such a reasonable price. Although $999 is a lot of money but not when compared to other brands costing 3 times as much. The multi-function computer console enables multiple users profiles, a variable speed fan, control for elevation, heart rate monitor (transmitter and chest strap included), etc. I skipped the costly $199 assembly and put it together myself in 90 minutes with the easy to follow instructions and perfectly engineered parts. Highly recommend. AAA+++

Q: QuestionHello, I have a couple of questions. I'm 6' ft. Does this elliptical machine support a tall person comfortably? Is the elliptical quiet while working out?
Asked by MJ926.
- A:Answer I am 6' and around 200lbs and truly like the elliptical. I am an older gentleman and not a 20 year old weight lifter. What I mean is that I do not try to use the hardest resistance and move the feet and arms as fast as possible. I like the smoothness and it feels very solid the way I use the machine.

Q: Questionhow hard is it to put together?
Asked by Sandy.
- A:Answer I read the reviews , plus, I am very handy. It took my less than 2 hours to put together by myself saving $199 on Best Buy's assembly cost. It comes with great instructions and the tools you need to assemble it. Get a friend to help and have a party.

Q: QuestionIs the machine suppose to shake or move while exercising
Asked by Chino.
- A:Answer We use the elliptical daily and have not experienced any movement. If your machine is not properly balanced, it is more likely to move. Try adjusting each of the "legs" of the machine by rotating the legs until it is balanced.

Q: QuestionIs the trainer FTMS bluetooth enabled?
Asked by Mes13.
- A:Answer No, this trainer's BLE is very sub-par. I can only get it to connect to Explore the World app. Very disappointed considering this was one of the reasons I bought this trainer model... the product literature even says you can connect to Zwift among other fitness apps. Nope. They don't work.
