Thanksgiving Coffee Company has just announced the annual return of its Holiday Blend, now in its 44th year. Crafted from coffees grown in Nicaragua, Colombia, and Sumatra, the Holiday Blend 2025 steeps the spirit of the season in every cup. This year’s blend is a medium roast coffee with notes of dark chocolate, cedar, and plum — the perfect combination to get you in the holiday spirit. This blend is made to complement festive gatherings and slow winter mornings.

“Every year since 1980, we’ve reimagined the Holiday Blend with the same origins but never the same profile,” said Paul Katzeff, Founder of Thanksgiving Coffee Company. “Each season’s growing conditions — from rainfall to volcanic soil — tell their own story. This blend is a celebration of how coffee connects us to the planet’s rhythms.”

This cheerful blend draws from three important long-standing farmer relationships, a priority for the brand. Additionally, since its beginnings in 1972, Thanksgiving Coffee has focused on their key values of quality, transparency, and sustainability.

The blend is available online for pre-order now (priced at $19 for a 12 oz bag). Perfect for hosting large holiday gatherings, the blend is also available in larger 1.5 lb and 5 lb bags, as well as in whole bean or custom grind options to meet your brewing preferences. Specialized grind sizes include medium grind for automatic drip brewing as well as French Press, espresso, and Turkish coffee options. Shipping for the Holiday Blend will begin on October 28, 2025 to allow coffee lovers to enjoy the brew for the entire season.
